Fab low floor my dad is 77 so ideal

Only gripe should be bar coffee shop on site I know one over road but think it would be a little gem

Good location
Good location but very bad furniture, crappy sofa and hopeless shower. Very nice caretakers. Nice and clean pool. Tennis court needs to cleared of weeds and bushes.

Excellent location, bathroom lets it down
Had lovely holiday in Protaras, apartment in a great location. Bedroom good, lounge good, kitchen appliances a bit shabby, shower cubicle too small and really grubby. Probs with electrics which were sorted. Lots of hot water and air con good. With some reinvestment would be perfect. Usual sun bed issues on complex

Short vacation
Excellent location and great condition of the apartment. I would suggest black out curtains in the bedroom and a small TV. Other than that only great comments. Kids loved the pool and common area. Walking distance from the sea.

Very poor apartment
The apartment was not clean when we first got in, there were not enough bed sheets and towels provided for the number of people in the apartment. The beds and sofa beds were not comfortable at all. The bed cover had stains on it.

family vacation
We were satisfied with the apartments. The price corresponds to the quality. The apartment has everything you need for life (iron, towels, dishes, washing machine)
The store is not far away. Near a wild beach, sandy beach - 7 minutes walk.
The only thing that was not pleasantly surprised was the uncleaned area. You look out the window and under the balconies old toys, pieces of paper, candy wrappers. The building itself is very clean.
