Independent newly built three-room apartment in Porto Cesareo in via Fogazzaro 100 meters from the sea, structured in:
- Living Kitchen
- 2 bedrooms
- Bathroom
- Equipped veranda.
EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION
The apartment, located on the first floor of the IL CAICCO Residence, is located in Porto Cesareo in a closed and reserved street and is:
- 100 meters from the sea, in front of the Isola dei Conigli, and from the embarkations for boat trips
- 200 meters from all shops (hypermarket, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pharmacy, bank).
- 500 meters, 5 minutes on foot, from the town center
- 500 meters, 5 minutes on foot, from the Conchiglia Azzurra bathhouse
- 1000 meters, 10 minutes on foot, from the Le Dune bathhouse
COMFORT
The structure is finely furnished and equipped with every comfort:
- equipped kitchen (with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge)
- air conditioning and HD TV in all rooms
- free wi-fi, safe, mosquito nets, washing machine, outdoor veranda
- Dorelan mattresses, Jacuzzi taps
INFO AND SERVICES
The rent is mainly on a weekly basis with check-in and check-out on Saturday.

PERFETTO
Fin dal primo contatto con il proprietario ho capito che potevamo contare su di lui per ogni bisogno.
Appartamento conforme alla descrizione dell'annuncio, su misura per noi due adulti e tre bimbi di 10/7/4 anni, tutto funzionante nessuna sorpresa, doccetta esterna comoda come lavapiedi o residui di sabbia per i giochi dei bambini.
Si puo parcheggiare sulla strada a fondo chiuso davanti l'appartamento ma in assenza è molto utile il parcheggio personale con cancello a chiave(3 minuti a piedi)
Vicinissimo alle giostre, al porto e mercaro settimanale, 5 minuti dal centro.
Bus navetta a 100 metri per i lidi o il centro quasi indispensabile con i bimbi.
Il Signor Ferruccio persona squisita è il perfetto salentino che merita un grande ringraziamento e se dovessimo tornare Residence Caicco tutta la vita.
