Beautiful newly built house located in a quiet gated community with 24 hours security. Very close to the center, restaurants, Malecon and few minutes drive from beaches this house offers everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Spacious living room and dining room with a table for 8 people, large fully equipped kitchen, office area, laundry and half bathroom.
On the second floor three bedrooms (1 king size, 2 queen size) each with its own bathroom with shower. Large patio for outdoor dining and huge terrace with a sensational view of the bay, the city and the mountains.
3 private parking slots, touchscreen deadbolt, wi-fi, 2 flat screen Smart TV's with Sky. Access to the common area with three pools, children's playgrouond, barbecue grills, gym, cinema room and game room.

Beautiful property, beautiful view, and kind, responsive staff

This property and community is absolutely gorgeous! Very safe/secure with helpful attendants on staff. It is a bit out of town, you definitely have to have a car. And there is not much nearby as far as amenities. But if you want something private and secluded with killer views- that's all a small price to pay!

Excellent location for La Paz visit

We enjoyed a lovely few days in La Paz. The house was in an excellent location and was in perfect condition. The rooftop deck was a great place to view the fireworks on New Year's eve! Antonio was a great source of local recommendations and was super responsive when we had questions.

Beautiful Views and Pool

Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay. We loved the rooftop with stunning views of the sea and city. The beautiful gated neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. My 9 year old son loved the pool. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. We even met some very helpful and kind neighbors. We would definitely love to stay again!

This place is a gem!

My family of 5 lives this place. Super secure with friendly guards at the gate. Just met us at airport and escorted us to property to introduce us and show us around. The place itself was amazing, open, clean, brand new and a perfect getaway for our Spring Break. The amenities are beautiful with a sizable pool, playground and game room. Thank you Antonio for your generous hospitality!

Nice place relatively close to get to everything, restaurants, marina etc Unfortunately we werent aware we were supposed to provide our own toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent. There was about a half a roll in the bathrooms but realized upon running out we needed to go get it from the store. Cleaning fees and all the add on fees pretty high though we were instructed we needed to wash and put away our dishes however every dish we got out of cupboard or drawer to use was dirty to begin with. Property manager was very nice & met us to show us the house, very friendly👍 Honestly we wouldnt have had an issue with the whole clean up after yourself mentality as we are all clean respectful people but when you are being charged hundreds of dollars for added cleaning etc fees but have to pick up others trash found upstairs and downstairs on property, dirty clothes left in drawers, small hairs on pillow case😬and empty detergent containers, then go to the store to get things to clean everything prior to leaving as well....kind of puts a damper on the stay. I would say however that i would recommend the place, just go to the store and buy all the supplies most places usually supply prior to arrival. Eduardo the security guard at the gate was the nicest and I hope he gets a raise, such a pleasant person to see upon arrival & departure daily!

Spacious Townhouse with stunning views from roof terrace

We loved this property ! The online description does not do it full justice. The downstairs area is large and open plan with the modern minimalist design enhancing the feeling of spaciousness. . The front door opens on to a huge siting room /diner . To your right is an alcove with a desk which can be used as a work area . The room leads in an L shape into to a welll stocked kitchen with plenty of room for food prep. The kitchen has everything that u need . Some ot the pans are a little tired and mugs/ plates need topping up. . There is plenty of storage area and a large fridge/ freezer. There is an outside patio with dining rooms and chairs which is sunny in the mornings. . There is a downstairs cloakroom and utility room. Upstairs there are 3 large double bedrooms all with en-suite and good storage. The master bedroom has great views and an impressive walk in wardrobe. The real star of the house is the roof terrace which is spacious and comfortable . There is a sofa and table and chairs under a shaded area with fantastic views over the sea and city. You do need to b fit enough to walk the 40 steps from the sitting room but well worth the effort. We absolutely loved it! There is a decent size communal swimming pool - although the water is v cold - with a number of sun loungers and a barbecue . There is also a games room and small gym The complex is compact and employs a security guard providing a v safe environment. Flavia was gr8 to deal with and very prompt with her responses . She was also happy to do some research on my behalf when looking for a masseuse. Antonio the manager was also very helpful and was there to meet us on arrival and very responsive to any queries. He also went the extra mile when I realised I had left an item of clothing behind when we left. La Paz is a lovely city - we very much enjoyed our week here and can thoroughly recommend this letting. 👍🏼😀
