Spacious villa with a pool only 3 minutes by foot from the beach of Koundouros

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of these houses are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa, which is set on a 4,500sq meters plot of land, is the area of Koundouros and is only a 2 minute walk from some of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the island. One of these beaches, Koundouraki has water sports and scuba diving. Koundouros is 26 kilometers from the Port of Kea (Korissia) and 16 kilometers from Ioulida, the capital of the island.

The villa is on three levels and consists of the main house and two guest houses.

Description:

Raised ground floor: Living room with fireplace, large fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, elevator and guest w.c.

1st floor: A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bath), two bedrooms with one bathroom (bath).

Ground floor: One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower). One guest house with a living room with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people and a fireplace, a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom (shower).

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
