Holiday home on the outskirts of Arenas, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

This house is located in the hills of the province of Malaga. It has the necessary amenities and equipment for the whole family to enjoy their holidays in a peaceful environment. In addition, the views that you can see from the spacious terrace ensure the ideal relaxing atmosphere to recharge your batteries.

The 200 m2 of the house mix rustic and modern touches, creating a warm atmosphere for the enjoyment of the whole family. The spacious living area is fully equipped: here you will find a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a kitchen with all the appliances you may need.

The four bedrooms of the house are equipped with an en-suite bathroom and two single beds each, which can be joined and separated as you prefer. Each of them has a shower and, in addition, one has a shower and a bathtub. In this way, the whole family can enjoy their stay in complete privacy.

The entire house has hot/cold air conditioning and underfloor heating.

In the outdoor area, you will have a 30 m2 porch with an outdoor dining area and barbecue, to enjoy your meals with a view. The private plot of 6,000 m2 provides a magnificent private pool with views of the hills, surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing as long as you want. A private tennis court with lighting and Mediterranean vegetation characterise the rest of the plot. In this home, you will enjoy the authentic Andalusian experience, surrounded by privacy and palm trees, olive trees and orange trees. An outdoor toilet is available next to the pool.

Access to the house is possible via a 300-metre dirt track.

Bad! No hot tub as advertised, electricity supply kept tripping (daily), air conditioning poor and owner/representative never turned up as agreed to return our 150 euro deposit. Good. Location, views and scenery outstanding. Pool area great for families.

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sicher, geräumig und bietet in jedem Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad. Der Pool war sehr schön und die Aussicht von außen war unglaublich, mit 360 Grad von Bergen, Dörfern und der Küste in der Ferne. Es ist auch ein Traum für Sterngucker. Tennisplatz war ein Bonus. Alles war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Ignacio der Manager war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Offensichtlich handelt es sich um ein ländliches Anwesen, daher mussten wir schwierige, steile, nicht asphaltierte Straßen überstehen, um zur Villa zu gelangen.

Voor mensen die van rust houden en die van een geweldig uitzicht houden is dit de plek om te zijn. Prachtige tennisbaan bij de villa net zoals en zwembad . De weg naar de villa is lastig en doe je niet elke dag, het laatste stuk naar de villa gat over en zandpad. Geweldig om hier te zijn geweest.

Wat een complete villa, wat een luxe. Wil je dagelijks het nachtleven van Spanje in, dan is deze villa geen aanrader, maar wil je van het oude Spanse leven genieten, mooie dorpjes, geweldige natuur,is dit de accommodatie. Dat het bestond een vakantie huis met zoveel luxe. Wij komen snel terug met vrienden.
