Cozy recently renovated apartment on the ground floor a few meters from a beautiful free or private beach with fine sand and shallow water ideal for children. The apartment has a large double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds; a bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa bed and TV.
If required, towels and sheets will be made available. The apartment is located 100 m from the pedestrian street of San Vincenzo and 20 meters from a pine forest equipped with picnic tables; the Coop shopping center and the Post office are about 5 minutes away on foot and have free parking.
In just 15 minutes you arrive at Cavallino Matto, the amusement park of Tuscany.
Just 10 min in Venturina Terme you can enjoy the 37 degree thermal waters of Calidario Terme Etrusche.
35 minutes from La Cerreta estate, Sassetta spa.

Ho alloggiato qui per una settimana con le mie amiche, ci siamo trovate molto bene. Ottima la posizione, a dieci minuti dal centro, vicina a due supermercati (Conad e Coop) e, soprattutto, a due passi dal mare! Abbiamo potuto usufruire sia della spiaggia libera che di uno stabilimento balneare, che si trovava proprio sotto casa. Molto buona anche la condizione della casa al nostro arrivo, era pulita e accogliente. Unica pecca che abbiamo riscontrato è stata la mancanza di una rete Wi-Fi, ma nonostante ciò abbiamo soggiornato veramente bene. Super disponibile anche la proprietaria, consigliato!!

Vicino alla spiaggia

L'appartamento si trova a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (sia libera che stabilimento balneare). Vicinissimo sia al supermercato, farmacia e a 10 minuti dal centro del paese e stazione è quindi adatto anche a chi soggiorna senza auto. L'appartamento ha una dotazione essenziale. La cucina potrebbe essere più fornita. I difetti che noi abbiamo trovato è che non ha possibilità di stendere i panni all'esterno ed essendo al piano terra in un punto di passaggio non c'è molta privacy. Ottima la comunicazione con la proprietaria.

La ringrazio per la recensione. Per quanto riguarda la possibilità di stendere i panni in realtà vi sono dei fili esterni alle finestre che sporgono per poterli tendere.
