Villa Bajci is located in quiet and picturesque area in Central Istria, nested in a beautiful nature surrounded by olive groves and wine yards it is a great place for relaxing and peaceful holiday. While there is tourist centres and beaches just a short drive away as well as Pula airport. The closest beach is located in Rabac app. 18 km away. Opatia and Kvarner bay is about half an hour drive from the villa. Villa is entirely equipped and has everything one needs on a holiday. Villa is absolutely stunning since there was a lot of attention given to all the details. The ground floor is an open-space with modern furniture and nice paintings and large sliding doors leading the outside areas and pool. Villa can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms with double beds and in suite bathrooms. Large kitchen connected with the dining room make it a great space for evening meal preparation and gatherings. Family room is overlooking the pool and outside through amazing glass walls and sliding doors connecting the inside with outside.

Review

Such an amazing holiday house! All rooms are fully equipped and nicely decorated. The area is quiet, so it's a perfect place for relaxation. The swimming pool is definitely a highlight of this house. We had a great time there and we are definitely coming back in the future!

Villa Pedena exceeded all expectations

Beautifully decorated villa, it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very spacious place and very comfortable. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. We swam there every day. We also really loved a room with exercise equipment and billiard. Grocery shop and restaurants are very close, but for beaches you will need a car. More than satisfied with this place and would recommend everyone to book a stay here.
