Villa Zoe - 4 bed - sleeps 8 - sea views - BOOK NOW!!!!

Villa Zoe is a modern villa, built all on one level, making it safe and comfortable for all members of your family with the contemporary decor and facilities of a 21st century home. The south facing sun terrace ensures sun on the private pool and terrace all day and overlooks the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea and panoramic views of Cumbre Del Sol. The terrace has a 'naya' with a large outdoor table and chairs seating 8. The sunny pool side comes equipped with sun loungers (8) and a BBQ for that truly Spanish 'alfresco' dining experience. There are several great beaches and marinas within 3-15 mins drive with restaurants to suit all tastes. On a practical level there are several supermarkets and pharmacies close by with banks in the nearby towns of Javea, Benitachell and Moraira.

The villa is equipped with 22mb WIFI throughout and a 40" SMART TV, full satellite channels, including sports, and Blu-Ray DVD player with a selection of over 100 DVDS to choose from.

The area is well equipped with numerous golf courses, treks, hikes and cycling routes (it is one of the legs on the La Vuelta - Tour of Spain) and Michelin starred restaurant.

Travel: Our villas are easily reached from Alicante (45 mins) or Valencia (60 mins) airports which are well served by BA, Easyjet, Ryan Air and other European budget airlines. A car is essential and we recommend 'Do you Spain' for negotiating the best deals. Drop us a note if you need help.

Villa Joanna (next door): If you are going on holiday with friends why not consider booking Villa Joanna as well. Its next door and has four bedrooms exactly like Zoe. Its laid out slightly differently but the overall size and decoration are the same. Perfect for 4 families holidays together - 16 people!!!!

Beautiful Villa and scenery and not far to many interesting places to visit.

Loved the location and villa, very relaxing .We loved Arenal beach at Javea and Moraira beach as well, enjoyed day visit to Calp. We also visitied Denia which had a festival at the time too

Wonderful house, villa Joanna

Fantastic villa, wonderful view and perfect for kids!! The local supermarket has all you need and much more. We stayed here for 2 weeks, 2 family with 4 kids. We really loved it here!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Wir konnten vor dem Check-In unser Gepäck bereits beim Haus deponieren und bekammen dabei von Charlotte noch ein paar Tipps für Restaurants, Bars ect. in der Umgebung.

Very Nice House, Wonderful Host

We stayed in this house for one week, and everything was absolutely great. The house is very nice, it has everything that you might need for your stay, from beach chairs and umbrellas to a portable cooler and all the kitchen utensils and tools. Everything in the house worked great, it has a nice, modern layout, nice beds and bathrooms, and AC units in all bedrooms and living room, that also worked great. Location is great, in the Cumbre del Sol residential resort, not too high on the hills to make it hard to reach, and not too low, for great views. Convenient location to the the Cala Moraig and Cala el Portet nearby (don't miss them, much nicer than all bigger beaches in the area). There is a Pepe supermarket very close, within the residential resort, as well as many other supermarkets and restaurants within a few kilometers. Andrew, the host, made out stay even better, with great tips about the area, fast responses to our questions, and a very easy checkin and checkout process. Thanks again and we hope to visit again!

Super fijne en meedenkende eigenaar en beheerders, vanwege vlucht mochten we eerder in het huis, etc Helaas was het zwembad echt aan een grote beurt toe, tegeltjes lieten los (waardoor verwonding aan voet) en 3 dagen niet echt kunnen zwemmen ivm waterkwaliteit. Verder mooie woning, prima gelegen. Zeker een aanrader!!!!

Mucho mejor y en persona que en las fotos, las vistas espectaculares y muy equipada. La única pega que la piscina estaba un poco sucia y la finca no tiene puerta, por lo que deja un tanto expuesta la casa. Por lo demás un lujo, muy espaciosa y cómoda para compartir con más gente. Muy recomendable.

Tolle Familienvilla!

Sehr schönes Haus mit gepflegtem Außenbereich. Das Hausinnere überzeugt durch ein helles freundliches Design. Insbesondere der Wohn-Esszimmerbereich ist sehr großzügig und perfekt für eine Großfamilie. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind ausreichend groß und schön. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, dass auch mal ne Kleinigkeit gekocht wurde. Alles in allem hat insbesondere den Kinder der Pool und der Außenbereich zum Spielen gefallen. Trotz Mai war das Wasser im Pool bereits angenehm warm. Wir konnten gemütliche Abende auf der Terrasse und im Wohnzimmer verleben. Das einzige, was wir vermissten, war ein Tor, dass das Grundstück abschließt. Danke noch an die freundliche Betreuung vor Ort, die für alle Fragen offen und immer erreichbar war. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!!

My holiday in the sun

You know when you book a villa, simply from looking at the photos, and you're crossing your fingers when you turn up hoping that it will all be alright? Well we booked villa Zoe on just that and Im pleased to say it more than passed all our expectations. Everything is exactly as it says on the tin and more! From when we first spoke to Jo and booked our stay everything was so smooth and straight forward. She understood our concerns about internet fraudsters and did everything she could to reassure us that everything would be ok. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Im pleased to say that we're already discussing a return visit - assuming theres a discount for us Jo?! - we're hoping to be back in 2010! Thanks again for a fabulous stay. The Holbrooks.

Why they chose this property

We love the location because there are so many things to enjoy with the whole family from sandy beaches to cliff side hikes, bike rides, Michelin starred restaurants, vineyards, olives, orange and almond groves, mountains, water parks, theme parks, go-karting and fairgrounds. You literally have everything on your doorstep and yet when you're in the villa the tranquility and views take you away to another place.

What makes this property unique

The sun never leaves the villa!!! Its south facing terrace means you have the sun from sun rise to sun set - over twelve hours a day so you're guaranteed a great tan!!!
