Traumhafte Lage mit Meerblick und privatem Pool Positive Eindrücke: Wunderschöner Meerblick, besonders bei Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang ein Highlight. Ruhige und entspannte Umgebung, ideal zum Erholen. Sehr schöner Privatpool – perfekt zur Abkühlung und Entspannung. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer sind mit funktionierender Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Angenehmes Klima durch die erhöhte Lage, oft mit einer leichten Brise. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Moraira, Jávea, Calpe). Verbesserungspotenzial: Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer funktionierte leider nicht, in den Schlafzimmern hingegen problemlos. Im Pool lösen sich vereinzelt kleine Mosaikfliesen, was den Badespaß aber kaum beeinträchtigt. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, da Geschäfte, Restaurants und Strände nicht fußläufig erreichbar sind. Je nach Lage im Cumbre del Sol können die Straßen etwas steil und kurvig sein. Der Garten ist schön angelegt, könnte aber etwas öfter gepflegt werden.

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit wunderschön. Umgeben von anderen Häusern befinden Sie sich in einer belebten, aber ruhigen Gegend. Die Lage des großzügigen Grundstücks bietet Ihnen ausreichend Privatsphäre. Das Haus war sauber und der Empfang war freundlich. Der Garten erfordert etwas Pflege, aber der Swimmingpool macht das mehr als wett. WLAN ist stabil und schnell genug für mehrere Personen gleichzeitig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mehr als vollständig. Es gibt sogar neue Batterien für die Fernbedienung. Wir haben 2 Wochen genossen! Der Strand von Moraig gefiel uns nicht so gut, er war aufgrund der Menschenmassen schwer zu erreichen, was auch das Parken erschwerte, gefolgt von einem beträchtlichen Abstieg. Das Meer war wild und der Strand nicht sehr groß. Geschäfte und Restaurants 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Straßen sind gut, aber man muss ein ganzes Stück in die Berge fahren. Wenn Sie also Höhenangst haben, ist das vielleicht nicht ratsam. Empfohlen!

Habe gehört, dass der Besitzer seit 2 Jahren wiederkommt (wegen Covid), und dann wird er sehen, was vielleicht renoviert wird.Alles in allem hatten wir 2 wunderschöne Wochen. Würde wieder hinfahren

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang genossen wir das schöne Haus mit einem schönen Pool für eine Woche. Abends wehte eine schöne Brise, die es sehr angenehm machte, lange draußen zu bleiben. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, man braucht ein Auto oder Mountainbikes, um Entfernungen zurückzulegen. Wegen Covid-19 war es wahrscheinlich leiser als gewöhnlich. Es gibt einen Blick in und auf und von anderen Gärten, jetzt, wo nicht alles besetzt war, das war nicht schlecht und es war sicherlich ein Mehrwert für uns, den Spaß anderer auf diese Weise aus der Ferne zu erleben. die Pfannen für wann Sie kochen möchten.
