Luxurious 2BR Playa Royale

Located in the exquisite PLAYA ROYALE non-smoking condos (or on premises), in Nuevo Vallarta, built by the owner of Paradise Village. Gated 24 hour security, check-in at Playa Royale front desk. Shopping mall with grocery store just a 10 minute walk towards Paradise Village.

A SPACIOUS 1500 sq ft 2 bedroom, NON-SMOKING (including balcony as are other condos in the Playa Royale development) condo, complete with a King-size bed, (memory foam on bed) attached bath including two sinks and second bedroom with 2 Queen-size beds (memory foam on both beds for added comfort) and attached bath. A queen pullout couch sleeps two. The balcony overlooks the pools and ocean and is complimented with a large wrought iron rectangular table with 6 cushioned chairs. (The pictures don't do it justice!!) Including a sitting area with couch and two lounge chairs and side table.

Mid-week MAID and linen service is COMPLEMENTARY with each week stay. If eating in, enjoy the granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, filtered water, and tiled floor throughout. Or eat at one of the many restaurants within a short walk. A binder in the condo gives details on the area, restaurants, bus services, activities etc. Some of the activities not listed elsewhere include zip lines in the canopy tour, swim with the dolphins, jeep safaris, or walking the miles of fine glimmering sand.

If you stay for 2 weeks or more, for a small fee you will have access to the Sports Club which includes Golf at the 18 hole El Tigre Championship golf course at discount rates (changes by the year), Beach club, Fitness centre, Spa, lap pool, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, racquetball, ping pong large pool and kids club.

We had a great week at Playa Royale! Lorainne was very helpful with information about the condo before we arrived. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean. We didn't spend a lot of time inside but while we were in, we had everything we needed.

Lorraine’s unit is very nice. Don’t stop at grocery store prior to check in, we had numerous condiments and necessities that we didn’t need to buy.For you golfers, beach club (14 day minimum stay) was 100 US, but saved 100 a round at El Tigre in the morning. Other courses Flamingo and Vidanta can be played for around 100.

2nd time staying in this unit, very comfortable. Very thoughtfully stocked with anything you might need. ex: extra blankets, pillows, sand toys. I rented three units for my family and this one was the best by far.

Great condo for a relaxing holiday

The condo was in a great location, well equipped and very nicely furnished. The pool and beach were beautiful. The beach and ocean were great for swimming, boogie boarding and had lovely sunsets. The AC in the main living area plus separate ones in each bedroom were definitely appreciated in the hot weather. The condo complex was safe and secure. Lorraine was very responsive, accessible, and easy to communicate with.

The condo was absolutely stunning - fully equipped with a beautiful ocean front location. It exceeds the pictures. When we were there, it was very quiet and serene. The beach is wonderful and very safe for swimming and bogie boarding. Lorraine was wonderful to work with and answered every question. Truly a piece of patadise.

This condo is marvelous!!!! Great stay!!!

I had the opportunity to spend a week in this great villa, located in a great place. Playa Royale is a superb condo-resort in the nuevo Valarta area. The villa was immaculate, well cared, very clean. It has all you need to have a great vacation. The villa is in beach front building, therefore you have direct access to the beach, you can also enjoy very clean pool areas. The communication process was also very easy and friendly. I fully recommend this property. Thanks a lot for making this holidays so wonderful!

We have stayed at playa royal many times all of which have been in building 1. This was the first time in building 4. The condo was great. Extremely clean and everything there to make the stay a good one. The owner did a great job in describing the condo and was excellent to work with. The view was great. Rent this condo you won’t be disappointed. Only problem,which the owner had nothing to do with, was getting a palapa on the beach.

Wonderful week with our family

This was our second trip to Nuevo Vallarta and having stayed at Playa Royale with family the first time we knew we wanted to come back! This time we brought our four daughters - all 18 and older - with us as their Christmas gift. This is a fabulous place to come and stay! The unit is excellent and it was a real plus to have the two Queen sized beds for our girls. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. The property is gorgeous and is immaculate at all times. The beach is spectacular and the service there and around the pool was great as well. The six of us were very comfortable in this unit and did most of our own cooking. We found it very easy to get around on local transportation whether it was shuttle, taxi or the local bus. We actually rode the bus all the way to Sayulita for $10.00 for our entire family. It was great! We did go into Puerto Vallarta for one afternoon and evening and shopped and ate at Pipi's. Most of our time was spent enjoying the beach, the pool, the gym, and the golf course. We are hooked and will definitely come back again! Only two complaints - the king sized bed was kind of hard and the vacation was just too short!

Glad to hear you had such a wonderful time! We looked for a King size bed topper when we were at Playa Royale in January but could not find anything. I think the sponge topper that is on it has worn down but we are definately bringing a high quality bed topper when we're back this year!

We have been going to Playa Royale for over 15 years and have stayed in many units. They have all been great and this one is no exception! Loved relaxing on the balcony with the view of the water and beautiful property. The unit is well appointed and includes several beach towels, some units do not. While we were there to relax, we do like to watch US news so guests need to know that that is not available. (Not just in this unit but in some other units as well) One bonus with this unit is midweek maid service. Just make sure you know ahead of time when that will occur as you need to be in the unit to let the cleaner in. The owner is easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again!

Stay at this property twice a year, first time in this condo. Our stay at this spot was very comfortable. Everything was stocked nicely. Would recommend. Great weather, great amenities, friendly staff, convenient to all attractions.

The builder of Paradise Village also built Playa Royale and knowing his high standards of quality and excellence made us buy at Playa Royale. The building and grounds are kept immaculate but best of all is the wonderful people that live in Puerto Vallarta, at Playa Royale and the area! They are very kind, helpful and have a great sense of humour!

What makes this property unique

This condo is fun and trendy as well as comfortable, and all the amenities of home! We are on the beach with easy access, food/drinks at the Pool bar and pools/beach. People say it's like old home week meeting the same people year after year!
