The 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome has been renovated and is spacious and bright. The home features comfortable blue and white coastal furnishings and all the conveniences of home. The living area has cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows allowing Seabrook's sunshine to stream! Enjoy watching your favorite TV shows or movies on the large HDTV/DVD player. The sofa opens to a queen sized bed for extra guests. Share stories from your day around the table for 6. The remodeled kitchen opens into the living/dining area so the cooks are never far from the action. Highlights in the kitchen include tile floor and backsplash, corian counter tops and new white cabinets well stocked with all you'll need. On the outside deck, there is a table with an umbrella that seats six and a gas grill for barbecuing your favorite meal. The first floor bedroom is decorated with a tropical flair and has twin beds, a large dresser and desk and has sliding doors to the patio deck, Just outside off the hall is a full bath with a shower/tub.

Head upstairs to the master suite featuring a king sized bed, large HDTV, and a sun deck. This lovely bedroom has blue and white bedding and white furnishings. The en suite bath has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. Two can easily get ready for their day in this spacious master bath. Step onto the deck with your morning coffee and relax in the settee under the sun. The deck has open railings offering great views of the tropical landscape. You can even hear the ocean's waves.

**As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.
Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.


For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
