Entering the condo you’ll walk into an airy, open architecture concept that gives you a large common area to gather in as well as floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning, sweeping views of the sea. Straight ahead you’ll find an equally large oceanfront balcony where we’re guessing you’ll spend many hours of your stay. The balcony provides ample space for lounging in the sun or shade, enjoying alfresco dining or kicking back and relaxing with a margarita in hand while enjoying one of the masterful sunsets that Cozumel is known for.

After enjoying another sunset, you can retire to one of the condo’s sumptuously styled three bedrooms that surround the living area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed while the two other bedrooms have queen-size beds. Two of the bedrooms have TVs, in addition to the flat—screen TV in the living room.

The fully-equipped kitchen is both contemporary and charming with modern appliances, granite countertops and all the pots, pans and equipment you need to delight the culinary genius of your group, or the super snack maker. And with a dining table that seats up to eight, you can invite some old, or new, island friends over for a meal.

Just a few steps outside your front door you can enter the ocean for swimming or snorkeling some of the best reefs in the world. Or enlist the services of a local tour operator for some scuba diving or sport fishing. And if you’re in the mood to just relax, head to the complex pool where you’ll find plenty of chaise lounges and a chill vibe.
