There is also a kitchen/diner with Sky TV, a lower-ground-floor utility room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, and a lower-ground-floor cinema room with a 95" TV. To the outside there is a front patio terrace with seating and off-road parking for two cars. Prospect House promises to be a wonderful abode for a group who relish outdoor adventures in the Lakes.
