The 115 sq m house, surrounded by balconies, is located on the first floor with lift, renovated and finely furnished, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, bed linen and towels.
On customer request, possibility to add 1 camping cot for free.
There are 2 bathrooms, complete with WC, bidet, and sink. One is with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Large open space living area with comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV and fully equipped kitchen to allow you to cook your favorite dishes.
The entire apartment is equipped with heating for the winter months and air conditioning for the summer, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner and coffee machine.
Towels and bed linen are included in the price of the booked stay.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment.
It is forbidden to organize parties / events.
Animals are not allowed.
Upon arrival you will be asked to sign a tourist lease contract and as per municipal directive each guest over the age of 12 or older will have to pay 1.00 euro per day as a tourist tax.
