10 minutes walk from the beach of Trestraou and above the beach of Pors-Nevez, beautiful house of 55 m2 stone, classified 2 stars, renovated, in a quiet street in the city center, for 4 people maximum.
Ground floor :
 - living room with living room open to the kitchen,
 gas stove, gas oven, dishwasher, NO WASHING MACHINE
 - toilet,
Floor:
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm, with duvets
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 1.40 m, with duvet
- 1 large wardrobe.
- 1 bathroom with sink and shower.
There is no garden, just a tree-lined driveway, and a small west-facing terrace with a wooden bench (open space).

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl das Haus mitten im Ort liegt, hört man in der ruhigen Seitenstrasse nichts vom Trubel. das Haus hat mit seinen hohen Räumen eine schöne Atmosphäre und ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ebenso gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin sehr angenehm und zurückhaltend. Das Haus bildet einen guten Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der herrlichen Nordküste mit ihren Felsen und Sandbuchten.

Beste Lage zur Erkundung der rosa Granitküste

Der Strand und das Stadtzentrum befinden sich fast vor der Haustür. Unsere E-Mails wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Wir haben zwei entspannte Wochen zu viert dort verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Rundum eine schöne Ferienunterkunft.

Ein hübsch eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen. Leider war das Doppelbett recht schmal. Der WLAN Empfang war nur direkt am Fenster möglich. Wir haben uns dort trotzdem wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Excellent emplacement, maison très agréable

Très belle maison en pierre sur deux niveaux, rénovée, très propre, équipement simple et fonctionnel en parfait état. Très bonne literie. Emplacement à deux pas du centre de Perros Guirrec (office de tourisme, supérette, restaurants...), pas loin de la plage et très tranquille. Possibilité de se garer devant la maison. Propriétaire à deux pas, disponible et accueillante.

Location très agréable, idéalement située à proximité du centre ville et de la plage, et très bien équipée. Propriétaires sympas et de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Un bemol : dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de machine à laver...
