A green oasis 15 kilometers from the center of Palermo. The newly renovated two-storey house is equipped with all comforts. Fireplace and inverter air conditioners.
Ideal for summer holidays, cool climate and woods within walking distance for suggestive walks. Comfortable winter heating and thermal break windows.
The walks can be in nature, woods, hills, mountains, or in History, the Benedictine Abbey can be easily reached on foot.
The panorama dominates mountains and valleys down to the sea.
In the private land there is a beautiful olive grove and a small pine forest.
