Rural apartment with garden and pool 5 minutes from the medieval town of Besalú

Mas El Carles is a restored 16th-century farmhouse divided into 2 apartments and located east of the region of La Garrotxa, just 5 minutes by car from Besalú, the most well-preserved medieval historical-artistic ensemble of Catalonia. Its situation in the northeast corner of the region that borders the Alt Empordà, facilitates access to the Costa Brava where in summer you can enjoy the best beaches. It consists of two independent accommodations.

Mas El Carles II apartment has a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It has heating both in the rooms and in the common areas and Wi-Fi. The living room has a fireplace and flat screen TV. It can accommodate up to 6 people and has two full bathrooms, a double bedroom and two double bedrooms. Outside there is a private terrace with picnic area.

The house is easily accessible and is surrounded by a garden with a short one-hour tour to walk around the farm and other nearby surroundings. It has common leisure areas (for both apartments) such as a large fenced pool, a badminton net, swings and a games room located in the basement of the house with a ping-pong table and a children's pool table. In the cabin there is a wood and charcoal barbecue, as well as two picnic tables.
