The house has been recently renovated with fine finishes. Composed of living room with dining table and double sofa bed, full kitchen, double bedroom with the possibility of adding a second single bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, wooden floors. The house is equipped with air conditioning and TV in all rooms. Outside there is a large veranda with a dining table where you can enjoy lunches and breakfasts outdoors. Entrance, garden, exclusive parking space with automated access. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The house is located in a position from which all the main services are easily reachable on foot. Next to the cycle path that leads to the center of the town and to the Rocchette area. Just 50 meters of access to the free beach or bathing establishments. Weekly rental - delivery on Saturday before 1 pm, release on Saturday before 9 am

Vacanza perfetta

Sistemazione perfetta anche per famiglie con bambini: di fronte alla spiaggia (sia libera che attrezzata) e a due passi dal centro ma in una zona più fresca e tranquilla. Il patio esterno è perfetto per mangiare fuori e il posto auto impagabile! Il proprietario Lorenzo e la sua famiglia sono stati estremamente cortesi e sempre disponibili per fornire suggerimenti su cose da fare e altre necessità. Davvero consigliato per chi intende fare una vacanza in zona. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

La posizione e ottima la casa non è una villetta indipendente ma bensì un mini appartamento al piano terra...comodità di parcheggio all interno visto che parcheggio fuori è inesistente...

la villetta bilocale intestata è assolutamente indipendente ,sono state consegnate 2 chiavi di accesso una per il posto auto e l 'altra per il cancelletto pedonale di accesso esclusivo non in comunione con altri condomini , la sig.ra barbara si è dimenticata , peraltro , di ringraziare nel momento che è stato fornito un altro letto , come richiesto , per una persona adulta e non per ragazzi ,senza gravare ulteriormente nel prezzo ,tanto dovevo per chiarezza lorenzo
