- Please note that the property is located close to the train tracks. The home has dual pane windows and generally, noise when the train passes lasts less than 30 seconds.
- Amtrak, Metrolink and Coaster operate close to the beach properties from San Diego to Del Mar to Oceanside. The trains pass and sound their horns. The horns can be loud. The train is part of the package of being so close to the water and the beach.
