Bright and open 4 bedroom house.. Good for families, singles or couples. The house is meticulously clean and well kept. The second floor has a master with en suite, guest room with a double bed and guest room with twin beds, with a shared guest bathroom. The third floor has a private sitting area, queen bed and spacious bathroom. The backyard is spacious with a large teak table, grill, outdoor shower and beautiful garden. Dual zone central air conditioning plus internet, phone and cable.

Tennis courts and community pool are a block away. The house is close to town and the beach. The bus stops right on the main road off of Goldfinch and it's an easy bike ride as well

Went beyond expectations!

We had a magnificent and memorable stay in this home. It was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with and was a willing and available resource. We highly recommend this property and hope to go back again next summer.

Fantastic experience

I cannot say enough great things about our time in this home! The home is comfortable, clean, well decorated, spacious and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional for full meal prep. Our stay included two families with 4 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space, both inside the house and in the backyard. We didn't use the community pool much but it was handy to have as an option for the kids. Short walk or bike to coffee shop and bakery. The owner, Darcy, was really responsive and easy to work with. I appreciate the care they take in their home. Overall fantastic experience and I would highly recommend!

The house was great. Beautiful, clean, and plenty of room.

My only comment would be that the grill needs to be upgraded. We used it and it worked fine it it was dirty and rusted out in spots.

Most Beautiful Place I have Ever Stayed/Been on VRBO

This was literally the best vacation/stay I have ever had. Nantucket is so beautiful to begin with the but the HOUSE was INCREDIBLE. I literally could not get over new and pristine everything was. Darcy was so helpful and accommodating and helped with trips idea and suggestions. My friends and I had the absolute best time- and I will definitely be coming back again. Thank for you such an amazing trip Darcy!!!!!

Beautiful Home

Our stay in Greystone was beyond incredible. This house is perfect and has everything you need for a family. It is situated conveniently to town and the beaches. The home is beautiful, bright, and impeccably clean. We loved the decor and all the amenities and felt right at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to return next summer.
