At over 3,000 square feet, this FAMILY FUN vacation retreat has space for everyone! Bring the whole Family on Vacation, and spend less than the average Hotel room! All ages will enjoy this newly renovated Vacation Home. There is something here to keep everybody entertained. Private Pool, Your Own Personal Movie Theater, Smart TV in Living Room, and Loft with Desk and additional Flat Screen TV.

Our Vacation Home is situated only a few miles to the Disney theme parks entrance, in a Private, Gated Estate Community behind Margaritaville Resort, that is convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Close to HWY 192, you will be able to easily get to and from Disney or Universal with ease!

Digital door locks make check in easy and secure. No keys to worry about!

With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms everyone in your family will have their own space. 3 of the bedrooms are Primary King Suites with private, attached bathrooms and King sized beds. One King Suite is located on the 1st floor for easy access, and it has it's own attached bathroom with Garden Soaking tub and shower combo. In addition, there is a main floor half bathroom with access door to the pool and back patio.

Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A main bathroom services three of the bedrooms and features a Steam Shower. There is a star wars themed bunk room, and a Harry Potter themed bedroom next door with 2 twin beds for the little visitors! We also have a folding portable crib for infants, as well as an additional pack n play in the house.

Our upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make any meal! Save money on eating out by preparing your own breakfast everyday before heading out to the parks. There is additional plastic ware and drink ware for the pool area. Whether it is a cozy family dinner, or a Thanksgiving Feast, you will find everything you need here to feel at home! We offer high chairs for the little ones as well.

After spending the day exploring Disney or Universal Studios, come home and take a refreshing dip in the private pool and spa. (Pool and Spa is heated year round for a minimal daily fee included in your quote). There is a secure pool safety fence to protect your little ones, and the pool area is screened in completely from those pesky Florida bugs. The Villa has the best placement in this community. It is located at the end of the street and has a large, extended grassy side yard with no rear or side neighbors. The privacy and quietness is Perfect for a relaxing vacation! An extended south facing sun deck off the kitchen allows you to bask in the Florida sunshine all day long! There is an additional patio dining area on the side yard as well with French doors leading to the kitchen.

Tons of amenities in this home will have you never wanting to leave! There is a Professional Style Home Theater with 110-inch projector screen, and surround sound. Roku attached to the projector allows you to Stream a movie, or your favorite TV show on your own account.. We also offer free access to Disney+. We have Fire Sticks in most TVs and you can access all your streaming services.
Seating for your whole family in comfy couches, plus additional comfy bean bags. In Each bedroom you will find they each have their own flat screen TV. The open loft has another large, flat screen TV, desk/workstation, and leather lounge chairs.

Our Villa is very close to several restaurants (just down the street), as well as shopping centers and conveniences. Right down the street from HWY 192, you will find easy access to everything you need!

Rest assured we have a local Property Manager who will be available to you during your trip, should anything come up that you need assistance with. *Free WiFi is included, and parking for up to 4 cars, phone, streaming TVs, A/C, and ceiling fans in every room. We also supply our guests with portable crib, umbrella strollers, and high chairs for use during your stay* We supply a starter set of amenities as well, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Guests are responsible for any supplies needed beyond what is provided at check in.

Great location and house - I highly recommend

We very much enjoyed the house. It is in a small quiet gated community at the end of the street. Plenty of privacy in the pool area. We spent most of our time sitting by the pool and wish we were still there. The house had plenty of towels which has been an issue at other places we have stayed. Plenty of room and a very enjoyable theatre room. We would love to stay here again.

While the home itself was nice it needs some updates. Specifically the dishwasher needs to be replaced. It does work but does not clean all the dishes. The washer left some black marks on some clothing. The fans in bedrooms rattle and need some service. The pool was very nice.

This home was close to parks and fit our family needs. It was clean, had enough towels, kitchen accessories, and the movie room was really cool (even though we didn’t use during our stay). Hot tub was enjoyed after long days in the parks. The downsides were the WiFi didn’t work well, and the carpet needs a deep clean or replacement. I am a paraplegic, and the home was accessible with help from my husband and caregiver. The only challenges I had were transfers into the master bed, which was a little too high for me, and my shower chair, since the master bath had a garden tub. Even we these challenges, we made it work. With all that said, the home worked well for our stay, Bonnie was great to work with, and we would definitely stay again.

Loved the location. Close to Disney World. The grandkids spent free time in the pool and home theater. The pool has all the water toys anyone would need. The theater was a new thing for the kids, and they did watch villain Disney movies together. Cosmetics and new dishwasher needed for the house, but the arrangement was great for our stay, and we had a wonderful time.

The property was 17mins from Magic Kingdom. Loved that. And close to some nice shopping centers. Overall, good experience. Issues with the keypad and a shower head. It was comfortable and perfect for a family with little ones. There was a pool alarm on the door and a gate around the pool. It ended up being more house than we needed. But a good price.

Spring Break Get A Way

Very nice host and nice home. We weren't able to use the movie room 2 days out of our stay because the temperature for that space was at 96 degrees. The host called a repair guy to fix the problem so we were able to use the movie room on our last day. We also noticed roaches and little mites in the kitchen and in the upstairs bathroom.

Close proximity to parks

Our family enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was conveniently located to all Disney parks. The development itself was tight with the street being taken up with either trashcans that were left out all week or cars parked along the road. The size of the house was perfect for our party of 9 and the kids absolutely loved the theater and pool. The hot tub was perfect following the long days in the park and a pool company came to maintain the pool during our stay. Overall the condition of the house was OK. It could use some deeper cleaning and maintenance with the drapes being coated with dust. The dishwasher did not clean dishes even with prior rinsing so we hand washed dishes and the grill only had 1 working burner. I am sure with the proximity to the parks that this house is always booked which showed in some of the wear on the carpet and sheets but they were sanitized. The owner was pleasant to work with prior to our arrival and responsive when the door locked wasn't working. Overall, we would recommend this house we enjoyed our stay and it could be made even better for future guests with the few recommendations listed above.

My family and I enjoyed everything about this home. It was clean and everything was in very good condition. We loved the pool and how private it was but I think everyone’s favorite part about the entire house was definitely the movie theater seeing as my family used it practically every single day while we were there. The check in process was easy and we had no problems arise during our stay. Definitely chose the right property for our trip and would love to stay here again in the future.

The house is big and accommodated family of 12. Pool area kept very clean and maintained. The negative part of the rental is the cleanliness. Shower curtains and shower stall had black mold, dinning table in kitchen has prior renters food in cracks, looks very bad. Microwave sparks when in use, dish washer has one lower spray arm that does NOT clean dishes. We found dirty dishes in cupboard, ended up washing by hand. A pair of shoes and baby diaper were left by prior renters in master bedroom upstairs. The ventilation system is very dirty, proof on intake and vents. Floors were not thoroughly swept or vacuumed. We had to purchase cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, plastic shower curtain, table cloth and dish soap.

Our travel party included someone severely handicapped who utilizes a heavy electric wheelchair. Had we not brought a portable ramp we would not have been able to get her into the home. So if you are traveling with someone handicapped just a note that there is a step into every entrance of the home. The home otherwise was as advertised. Some things were in need of attention, we made the owner aware and she was attentive to issues that came up during our stay. The pool and hot tub worked great during our entire stay. Location in the neighborhood is great, plenty of privacy. I accidentally left a necklace when checking out, the owner and property management were great about going out of their way to mail it to me. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt the owner cares and will address issues if you bring them to her attention.

Great Location, Annoying House

This house was in a great location. Just minutes from the main drag of restaurants and Disney. And the house was clean. But, that’s where the good stuff ends. On our second day, the fire alarm started beeping - you know the kind of beeping where the battery is dead. We tried to get the property manager to come fix it but they ignored our messages. We went out and bought a new battery. How dangerous is that, though? The battery is sold old that it has died? What if no one ever heard that beeping and the fire alarm stopped working? Major safety issue! Also, none of the cable boxes worked. The property manager did come fix that. The kitchen is not set up for cooking - there wasn’t a cookie sheet in sight (which made making chicken nuggets rather difficult).

Family Fun

We loved our stay. The owner and property manager were both easily accessible for any questions especially regarding use of home theater. This home was so close to the parks but far enough away from the craziness. We loved the hot tub and pool the most. My children do not like to go to parks everyday so it was nice to enjoy lounging around pool and hot tub. Only criticism would be getting WiFI connected to theater to allow for streaming but otherwise amazing place. Thank you Bonnie for sharing this lovely home with us.

Why they chose this property

My family loves Disney, and this home is in the Perfect Location to get to all Disney parks in a matter of minutes. The community is right off the main roads, so it's convenient to everything, yet tucked away in a private area with mature trees, and lots of privacy. Our Vacation home is situated at the end of the street, with no homes behind us or on one side. I love the space, and it is always quiet and relaxing there!

What makes this property unique

Having a fully equipped kitchen is priceless during vacation, especially when traveling with little ones! There is also so much space, nobody is on top of one another, like in a hotel room! Being so close to Disney is also a great perk! You can get there faster than a Disney bus!!
