The Alba apartment is only 250 meters from the most beautiful beach in Italy and is located on the first floor of a brand new building in via Nino Bixio, at number 71.  It can accommodate up to 4 people as it has a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed.
it is characterized by a highly appreciated and well organized veranda with sofas and table for eating and relaxing.
The convenient is convenient and complete with everything needed to prepare your dishes, equipped with a large fridge oven. You can choose whether to sit in the living room or, better, on the veranda, a real holiday experience!
The apartment is made unique by a beautiful staircase decorated with Caltagirone majolica.
All this is completed with a beautiful solarim, on the upper floor, reachable by a particular staircase made of a single sheet of folded iron sheet.
The solarium is furnished with a whirlpool bath and two deck chairs to be able to lie in the Sicilian sun and guarantee you a fantastic tan or, in the evening, to enjoy the spectacle of the starry sky ....
