The property is situated in a well-established development of privately owned villas and is located only 3 km from Moraira village and nearest beaches.
The villa stands within its own gated plot of approximately 800 sq mts. The attractive and established garden is well maintained and planted with numerous Mediterranean palms, shrubs, bushes, plants and citrus trees. A thick, high hedge around the pool area provides maximum privacy to bathers and encloses an attractive and well-tended lower garden.
The property faces south and enjoys fine views, from many elevations, across the valley to the local hills that sweep down to meet the sea at Cap d'Or.
Although a car is recommended so that tenants might obtain maximum benefits from this beautiful area, it is not really necessary as the villa is within an easy 15 minutes' walk of supermarkets and a small commercial centre with supermarket, restaurants and bakery.
The villa owner spends much of the year in Spain but leaves during the summer months and so guests have full and uninterrupted use of all facilities, garden, pool and barbecue.
All four bedrooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort and are also equipped with large ceiling fans - as are the living room and kitchen.
The principal access is at the rear of the property where a wide, paved drive allows visitors to pull their vehicles right up to the short flight of steps leading up to the main entrance to the accommodation, protected by a small covered porch.
The front door opens into a spacious, open-plan, light and airy, living area. The room is comfortably furnished with three sofas and has many nice features, including high beamed ceiling and traditional fireplace with wood-burning stove. A dining area with large table that can comfortably cater for eight people is located at one side of the room – although most guests prefer to eat in one of the various outside areas. Entertainment is provided by TV (free to air Sky satellite channels) Netflix and DVD. Unlimited Wi-Fi extends throughout the house and enables guests to easily keep in touch with friends and contacts back home.
The living room has a large ceiling fan that provides refreshing ventilation and helps keep the villa extremely comfortable even on the hottest of summer days.
A wide, sliding, door leads on to an enclosed open terrace equipped for outside dining. A single door from the lounge area gives access to the side of the villa where guests will find a barbecue and another open eating area.
The bright and spacious kitchen - with Corian worktops and plenty of cupboard space - is fully equipped to easily cater for up to eight or more guests. A wide, sliding exterior door gives direct access to the open terrace. Appliances include a 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, two combi fridge-freezers, electric kettle, mixer and toaster.
Also on this level there is also one bedroom furnished with double bed (135 cm) and equipped with air conditioned and ceiling fan plus a spacious family bathroom with double basins, bidet, WC, bath with shower attachment and a separate shower unit.
Downstairs are three more bedrooms that share a second, full bathroom and a large covered terrace or Naya.
The roomy master bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers a king-size (180 cm double bed) with two individual mattresses. Double doors lead directly to the pool area. The second and third bedrooms are furnished, respectively, with one queen-size bed (150 cm) and twin, single beds (90 cm). All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, have ceiling fans too, and are furnished with fitted cupboards and drawer units that provide plenty of storage space. All windows are protected by mosquito nets, as are some of the beds.
The glazed and arched covered terrace, or Naya, is tastefully furnished with sofas and occasional tables and looks over the pool area. It extends across much of the front of the villa. Large, double-doors give access to the pool terrace.
At the side of the villa is a Summer Kitchen - equipped with double sink, combi fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. This covered terrace area is also furnished with large dining table and easy chairs.
The 10 x 5 mt swimming pool has a depth of between 1 and 2 mts and is accessed via integral, tiled steps. A wide sun terrace surrounds the pool and is furnished with plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture.
Cots and high-chairs are available free of charge. Arrival food packs and extra pool towels can be supplied upon request. These will be charged locally.
Guests will find a manual inside the villa that gives detailed information about the house itself and local amenities.
