This flat has the potential of being great, but it isn't yet. Upon check-in, the flat had a very strong paint smell which is nauseating. We opened the windows to air it out but that didn't help much. It still smelled like paint even when we checked out. This issue was not resolved when reaching out to the host(s). It seems like I might've been talking to multiple different people because they were asking the same questions repeatedly.The room with the bunk beds is very cramped. The door barely misses the bunk beds when opening and closing it. The heat also failed to work in this room. The bathroom along the hallway is also very cramped. It's so small you can't avoid touching the toilet when shutting the door. The shower was also missing the knob which switches the water flow from the rainfall to the shower head.The bathroom attached to the main bedroom also had a couple issues. The tub doesn't actually plug any water. When I reached out to the host(s) they said it doesn't plug due to "safety reasons". The main reason I booked this accommodation is because of the bathtub, so this was frustrating. The shower head also leaked, which they did come and replace.The location of this accommodation is great and the decor is cute. We were overall disappointed with our stay here and don't believe it's worth what we paid. Overall, we don't feel satisfied in how they handled the issues we encountered. In the future, I'll make sure to avoid the listing company.
