TRADITIONAL FARMHOUSE WITH 12M x 6M PRIVATE POOL

Character farmhouse, very spacious with several seating areas both inside and out.

The garden is private, secure and secluded with mature trees and a 12m x 6m pool. There are also three terraces enabling you to follow the sun or shade throughout the day. Great sunsets from the dining room terrace.
Inside there are three spacious living areas including the mezzanine where the television is located. There is also a large kitchen and dining room.
The house has four bedrooms, one with a king size bed, a childs bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and en suite shower room. Bedroom three and four each have two single beds. The family bathroom has a walk in shower and a door directly to the garden, so you can easily shower after a swim.

This property is an ideal house for either a family or friends sharing.

We had a nice stay at the house, lots of rooms and a verry nice garden with a great swimmingpool, hours of fun!! A private garden also, wich is verry nice with a large family with lots of children.

What a fantastic place to stay! This is one of the properties you don’t want to review because everyone else will book it! Fantastic host, very friendly and helpful what else could you ask for except a stunning large house with a private pool and large enclosed garden. It simply is beautiful, it’s a traditional older style French home with exposed beams and large fireplaces, yet also has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 6 adults and 2 dogs have just spent the last 2 weeks having the best time here. Thankyou so much.

Great house and pool and owner could hardly have been more concerned to ensure our satisfaction.

This is a large and very confortable farmhouse, very attractively appointed and providing ample accommodation for a family or any group of as many as 8 adults. The garden is large and fully securely enclosed making it very suitable if holidaying with pets. The pool is generous even for our large group and even though we had a temporary problem with it, Lise the owner went over and above to ensure it was remediated for us. Communications with her were excellent. As a bonus discover the excellent Marmandais wines with properties all around and the local wine cave just a mile up the road!
