Bright apartment with a large pool near the mountains and the sea

Apartment with lots of light and sun. Warm atmosphere in winter and autumn and cool in spring and summer due to its location and south-west orientation.
Located on the ground floor, with easy access to the common areas of the urbanization, which has a large swimming pool. Ideal for families.
Spectacular views of the Puig Campana and Ponoig mountains.
Very quiet area 5 minutes from the mountain and 10 minutes from the beach. Ideal for hiking.
Nearby we can find any service.

Bright and very sunny apartment, recently renovated and with all kinds of amenities. Towels, sheets, bedding are available. Its 85 square meters are divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, open kitchen, small gallery, dining area, terrace-living room with large windows. Decorated to create different atmospheres, to be able to enjoy moments of reading, rest, work, social networks, etc ...
You have Wifi (fiber) 150 cable TV channels from all over the world (English, French, German, ....... including NRK 1,2 and 3) for this there are two smartTVs.
Note that in addition to the washing machine, there is a dryer and a dishwasher.
It offers the possibility of stays of more than a week, the additional cleaning service and the change of sheets and towels. It will cost € 60
Bedding will always be ironed.

Highlight the tranquility of the area and urbanization. The main hiking routes (Ruta al Faro, Ruta Alto del Gobernador, Sierra Helada) and a via ferrata (possibility of renting equipment) can be accessed immediately. 10 minutes walk from the beach.

Located 45 minutes from Alicante Airport. The service that arrives from the airport can leave you at the door of the urbanization. Nearby there is a bus and taxi stop. You can also offer car rental from the airport, rent a car. Renting a car is recommended for those who want to move a little more. We can offer you an excellent and comfortable transfer service from Alicante airport for an additional fee: From 1 to 3 people € 79, 4 people € 85, 5 people € 95 and 6 people € 97. Just send me a text message with the date, your flight arrival time, flight number and we will arrange it for you. For long stays you could have your own vehicle that we would make available to guests, this would have a small monthly supplement. It has parking within the urbanization.

Fantastic appartment with private parking

We stayed here for 3 weeks and we had a wonderful time. Francisco the owner and his wife were really friendly and very helpful. They made us feel at home. One could not wish for a better place to stay. The appartment itself was exactly as shown on the pictures. Anything you can think of was available. We can fully recommend to stay here for your holidays.

Fantastic stay

What a wonderful place to stay in the beautiful Albir. We had absolutely everything we needed in the apartment and more. From a hairdryer to washer/dryer/ outdoor furniture/ beach towels/ spare bedding/ a stocked drinks fridge- Paco has thought of everything! It is immaculate with extremely comfortable beds and a wonderful outlook. The walk to the beach is around ten minutes and the nearest supermarket is well stocked and friendly. Super Spanish town and fab apartment.

Super eigenaar, reageert gelijk overal op en wil alles voor je doen, het appartement is zeer comfortabel en compleet, alles heel schoon, leuke attenties bij aankomst ( wijn, frisdrank, water, etc) wij komen zeker terug, zwembad is wel gesloten vanaf september tm mei maar maakt voor ons niet uit, locatie ook geweldig, iets buiten het centrum maar in 10 minuten te lopen, goed voor de conditie, wij hebben in iedergeval genoten van ons verblijf.

El apartamento está cuidado hasta el último detalle y el ambiente en la urbanización es muy agradable. El parking es cómodo y amplio incluso para una furgoneta y la piscina espectacular. La casa es una maravilla. El dueño, Francisco, es super atento. Cuida cada detalle en la casa y en tu comodidad durante tu estancia. La verdad es que la primera casa vacacional que veo que cuidan tanto los detalles. La única pega que podría poner es que no estaba abierta aún la piscina comunitaria y tenía pintaza. Volveremos seguro, esta vez con la piscina abierta. MUCHAS GRACIAS POR UN VIVIENDA TAN ACOGEDORA.

geweldige periode

Ons verblijf was prima. Francisco heeft alles gedaan om het ons naar onze zin te maken. Ook stond er een lekkere fles wijn op ons te wachten en diverse andere drankjes en snacks. Een groot voordeel van het appartement was dat je bij goed weer lekker de schuifpui open kon doen om te genieten van de zon. Alles zag er schoon en verzorgd uit.

Helemaal geweldig!

Appartement is precies zoals omschreven en op de foto’s. Alles is nieuw, waaronder keukenapparatuur en wasmachine en droger. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Zelfs wasmiddel en verzachter etc.. Heerlijke bedden met dekbedden en heel gezellig ingericht, welke op elkaar is afgestemd. Heerlijke uitschuifbare bank. Volledig uitschuifbare puien, waardoor je ook binnen in de zon kan zitten. We mochten onze fietsen binnen zetten. Top was ook de parkeerplek in de parkeergarage. Appartement is gelegen aan een gezamenlijk plein, met fantastisch uitzicht. Grootste zwembad van het dorp, welke open is van half juni tot half september met toezicht op veiligheid. Alles wordt perfect onderhouden door conciërge. Minder dan een km van het centrum en strand van gezellig en levendig dorp. Vriendelijke eigenaar die snel reageert. Heerlijk genoten!

Poolanlage wurde im Oktober geschlossen

Objekt selber war super und toll eingerichtet mit allen Drum und Dran. Wir hatten jedoch extra dieses Objekt gebucht weil die Poolanlage so angepriesen wurde und es noch sehr warm war. Dann lernten wir ( allerdings erst vor Ort bei Schlüsselübergabe) dass un September der Pool nur zwischen 16 und 19 Uhr offen ist und ab Oktober ganz geschlossen, da man einen Rettungsschwimmer brauche. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir das Objekt nicht gebucht da uns ein Pool wichtig war den wir ganztätig nutzen wollten. Also Vortäuschung falscher Tatsachen in unserem Fall zui diesem Thema. Ansonsten: die Wohnung war top, nur auch etwas hellhörig, da wir die Mieter über uns sehr gut hören konnten

Excelente e inmejorable

El alquiler es proporcional a la calidad del apartamento, vale mucho la pena pagar lo que piden. Hemos acertado al 100% en pasar nuestras vacaciones en éste alojamiento. Estamos muy muy contentos.
