When the refrigerator issue arose, it could have been repaired, but the owner chose to replace it entirely so your family would have a more reliable solution and could enjoy the remainder of your stay without further concerns. We also sincerely apologize for the other issues you encountered. We have addressed these concerns internally with our pre-arrival and property care teams so we can do better moving forward. Your feedback is especially valuable as the home is scheduled for renovations this off-season. We’re excited about the improvements planned for the property and would be happy to welcome your family back next year.
