Boasting a typical Provencal environment, it is located near major tourist sites such as the gorges of the Ardèche (Vallon Pont d'Arc, St Martin), caves Chauvet, Orgnac, Forest and Saint Marcel, the Cèze Valley and an hour's drive from Avignon festival.
Near the roads and railways of the Rhone Valley, this traditional stone building offers a comfortable living area of ​​150 sqm on 2 levels.
Fully equipped with the necessary amenities to allow you to spend an unforgettable dream holiday.

Ruhig und gemütlich

Veranda und Pool waren toll und schön. ZWEITER Kühlschrak +TK = hervorragend Pool leider 3 Tage am Schluss nicht mehr nutzbar (grün). Haus ist sehr geräumig und "heimelig". viele kleine Mängel/Defekte (Stühle, Türklinken, Lampen,Pool, Adresse ohne Hausnummer, Entsorgung,...) wir haben es trotzdem sehr genossen (vor allem qualitativ sehr gute Besichtigungen in der Umgebung)

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus. Im Haus sollten an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter angebracht werden und die Zimmertüren sollten mal überholt werden. Wir waren 7 Gäste, hier wäre eine 2 Toilette von Vorteil

GROSSE DECEPTION

- Aucun accueil, aucune explication, nous avons dû découvrir par nous mêmes - Sur l'annonce 2 salles de bain prévues, nous n'en avions qu'une (pour 8 personnes). L'annonce a été modifiée juste après que nous l'ayons signalé - Un réfrigérateur défaillant (avec 40° et plus c'est dur) nous en avons eu un second 2 jours avant de partir - Cafetière qui fuyait (remplacée à notre demande) - Portes qui s'ouvraient difficilement (rabotées à notre demande), toutes ne fermaient pas - Literie vraiment rudimentaire - Seule la piscine était correcte une fois que le nettoyage des alentours ait été effectué à notre demande

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison qui dispose d’espaces à vivre agréables et bien agencé ! La localisation nous a beaucoup plus, nous avons pu faire beaucoup d’activité à moins de 30 minutes de voiture de la maison et la piscine a été très appréciée durant les chaudes après midi !

Excellente communication avec la propriétaire, très arrangeante concernant les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. La propriété et la maison sont grandes, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Quelques petits détails concernant les fermetures de portes et un sommier ont été notés et seront résolus pour les prochains arrivants. Merci pour l'accueil !

Belle maison idéale pour 2 familles

C'est une belle maison dans une magnifique région de France. La déco n'est pas récente mais cela ne nous à pas dérangé. La maison est très bien équipée (grand frigi, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, grande table,ect). Elle est assez éloignée d'une ville permettant de faire des courses alimentaires mais elle est idéale pour la quiétude. Le point le plus négatif selon moi c'est le mauvais entretient du jardin, du coup la maison est envahit de nombreux insectes (scorpions, guêpes, frelons, taons). Cela n'est pas mentionné ce qui me semble embêtant surtout lorsque c'est une famille avec jeunes enfants qui loue les lieux. La maison est dépourvue de moustiquaires, il est donc difficile d'aérer la maison sans être envahit de ceux-ci. Je trouve qu'il est nécessaire d'avoir cela sur chaque fenêtre. D'autant plus que le coup d'une telle installation n'est pas exorbitant par rapport au prix de la location.
