2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. 1 bathroom is en-suite with bathtube and the other bathroom with shower. Fully furnished, equipped kitchen (with fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave), ), living room with TV with spanish channels and a Google Chromecast. German/ Belgian satellite TV available on request. Terrace. Air conditioning system (cold / hot). Private covered parking.

Urbanization with beautiful decorations, excellent location, modern and comfortable, very suitable for families. the children will make friends right away. Outdoor summer pool set with small pool for toddlers and babies, open from June 1 to September 30, outside these dates there is an indoor pool. Paddle tennis court. There is also a small children's playground. Ground and lower floors available, links see in About the property.

clean apartment in Vera

Property very clean, host helpful and responsive. Complex well maintained. Apartment is much smaller than the photos suggest and in winter is in shade, therefore not warm. Nothing much around the complex -you have to drive. Be aware this complex is residential, and despite the small size of many of the apartments there are quite a lot of children. Apartment is not suited to disabled people as it is not possible to park near to it and there are no grab rails next to the toilets or in the shower, although the host is considering this.

Ewiger Frühling im Herbst in Vera

Die Anreise mit Schlüsselübergabe und Wohnungserklärung hat tadellos zum vereinbarten Termin mit Gerrardo geklappt; der gottlob sehr gut Deutsch redete und ein Gästefreundliches Auftreten hat. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet mit 2 Bädern, geräumigen Zimmern, die jeweils mit einer Klimaanlage bzw. guten Heizung ausgestattet waren. Auch war Waschmaschine, Microwelle, Herd mit Backofen sowie Kaffe- und Padsmaschine vorhanden. Die Kommunikation per Whattsapp (Problem mit Fernseher, als wir versehentlich die Sender von deutsch auf spanisch verstellt hatten) mit Gerrardo ging schnell und problemlos während des 4wöchigen Aufenthaltes vonstatten. Die Stromabrechnung wurde korrekt durch Whattsappbilder dokumentiert, und am Ende abgerechnet. Alles wunderbar verlaufen, das Wetter in Andalusien/Vera perfekt, bei 18 - 25 Grad Höchsttemperaturen absolut genial für wärmeliebende Urlauber. Der gewährte Monatsrabatt und der nahe grosse Mercadona (Einkaufsmöglichkeit; 700 m) rundeten den Urlaub ab. Der Mercadona hatte ungewöhnlich viele landestypische Artkel.... Auto empfehlenswert, da die super schöne schöne Ferienanlage ca. 3 km ausserhalb Veras liegt (überdachter Parkplatz in der verschlossenen Anlage vorhanden). Das Schwimmbad ist mit 35 Grad Temperatur wunderbar zum warmbaden (abends ab ca. 20 Uhr etwas kühler, wenn die Solaranlage keinen Strom mehr produziert). Schade, dass die Liegewiese verschlossen ist im "Winter", die man wunderbar zum sonnenbaden nutzen könnte. Gerne wieder !

Zeer fijn verblijf in voorjaar.

Keurig onderhouden urbanisatie, rustige omgeving. Wel auto gewenst, strand en stadjes op 5 à 10 minuten rijafstand. Grote voordelige supermarkt op 2 minuten loopafstand. Net appartement op begane grond met een ruim buitenterras.

Buena urbanización y porche

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables la urbanización está bastante alejada de la playa pero ganas en tranquilidad. A tener en cuenta que el aire acondicionado tienen un cargo adicional si pasas de un uso estipulado. Porche justo enfrente de la piscina, solo echamos de menos tener lavavajillas
