Romantic Cottage Rosa - 40sqm, enjoys a cozy terrace with a stunning ake view. It is peaceful and comfortable accomodation for 2 persons, inside of the Natural Reserve of Lake Vico. The garden is immersed inside of the nature, its greenery offers a pleasant freshness during summer. The Cottage is composed by: living/dining room with french door leads into the private garden. Double bedroom facing the garden, bathroom with shower. The living room has direct access into the private panoramic garden, equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining, sun loungers for relax. The kitchenette is well provided. Welcome basket on your arrival. The cot is available. The swimming pool is at few steps from the Suite.
Important note: Due to the height 600m asl, to the lake breeze and to the natural ventilation, the environment is very appreciated for a low presence of mosquitos.

Cozy, quiet and secluded property. Spacious patio and ample seating to enjoy view of Lago di Vic.

Villa was easy to find with google maps. Elena was very hospitable and provide a great overview of the property along with surrounding area. The pool was very refreshing for our hot days with lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas to choose from. It was an ideal location after touring Italy for 3 weeks- very peaceful and relaxing!

Vue fantastique sur le lac - havre de paix

appartement très bien conçu pour 4 personnes dans un environnement paisible et magnifique - ouvrir ses fenêtres le matin sur la vue du lac, quel spectacle ! très bon confort, terrasse avec vue sur le lac, très calme, accueil très chaleureux, book avec toutes les explications des excursions dans les environs, petit livre en français sur les monte cimini - un très bon séjour, malgré la fraicheur de ce mois de mai et l'humidité. seul point négatif : l'humidité dans la salle de bains - une adresse à faire connaître nous reviendrons vraiment avec grand plaisir MTH H / Draveil / France

Italy Visit in March 2008

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa la Paiola. The hosts were very friendly and most helpful. They gave us lots of local information and maps to the surrounding area. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. The view is priceless. Our weather did not permit much use of the outside area but it is very nice. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay around Rome.
