About this property

Hiking, biking, skiing- oh my!

Our split level home is located near many outdoor activities! Minutes from both the Mickelson Trail (hiking/biking), 4wheeler trails, and Terry Peak Ski Lodge. There is very minimal gravel between our garages and highways that are a pleasure for motorcyclists! We have an attached garage for your use. Our private backyard is large enough to keep kids entertained while you enjoy a beverage at the end of the day.

This is our fixer upper and your stay will help us make upgrades to our forever home! While we are in a state of renovation, it is cosmetic - one bathroom is fully renovated (the other not so much but fully functional). The kitchen has been remodeled as well!

There is no A/C as the nights at the elevation are cool. Fans are available for use. We have children so this may work well for a large family or group.

We do have both a cat and a dog that spend time indoors - so if you have allergies this property may not be for you. Our dog travels with us but the cat stays at the property, if that doesn’t work for you please contact me. This is our permanent home so closets are not empty but you have all the little extras such as toiletries, board games, kitchen utensils, etc. If dates aren’t marked as available message us!
