Stayed here during Kool Deadwood Nights and it was a great property with easy access to all activities. The house was clean and adequately stocked. The owners were easy to contact and accommadated a few requests we had like using the garage and a 2 hr late checkout. We would stay here again.
The house was as advertised. The property was very clean and convenient to local areas. It felt like home away from home. I am planing another trip next year and will book again if this property is available. There will be no need in looking for anything more.
Spent a few days in the Black Hills and Wyoming at a Family Reunion. Sleepy Hollow was a great place to have time away from all the action as necessary. Amenities were just what we needed.
The house was very clean and nicely stocked with supplies (toilet paper, towels) and kitchen utensils. Convienently located in beautiful neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay and will plan to stay again. Hot tub was a little cloudy but we didn't use much due to weather, nothing a little chemical wouldn't clear up. Highly recommend this property.
Enjoyed the open concept floor plan upstairs so we could all visit. Would have liked to see more living room furniture as our party of eight could not all sit there. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms was nice. Disappointed with patio furniture by hot tub and there was no extra lawn chairs in garage like we were told so we had to go buy some. Overall very nice place.
We loved the property. The house is spacious and filled with light. More amenities were available than expected. Lots of towels but only 2 wash clothes for 6 people. Ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom needs balancing and vents need cleaning. A very relaxing retreat but location requires lots of driving to attractions. Construction very active in the neighborhood.

Convenient place to stay. Had a great time riding side-by-side‘s and going to Oktoberfest in deadwood.
Couple things that could be better. The beds in the room with double queen beds are less than comfortable. No propane for the fire pit or the heater. I understand I could go fill them but I wasn’t going to use two full tanks. I feel if you’re going to offer the amenities you should also supply the supplies for them.
the house has no front door go thru garage or around back no concrete side walk we got there fridge was not working the breaker was off - so no place to put food to keep cool for a day - next day the outlets in the kitchen where not working dont really know what caused the breakers to trip
GREAT place to host our family Christmas! Property was very clean, property manager was easily contacted with any questions or concerns. Kitchen and living area is large and open. Good for family gathering together. We brought everything we needed for cooking, but found many kitchen necessities in house. Plenty of towels for showering and use with Hot tub. Hot tub was a welcomed relief after a day of skiing. Keep the fan running in basement bedroom and the basement stays at a comfortable temperature in the winter.
Community center has a heated outdoor pool that was clean, shuffleboard, pool table, fireplace, comfortable seating for visiting. We could not get the TV volume turned up or the stereo to work. Would have been nice to have instructions.
My rating for property description was lower due to, on the website the cabin appeared to have a room with a pool table in the basement because of the placement of the Community building pool table room being right in the mix of the cabin pictures. there are only two bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower level. That was just a misunderstanding on our part as there is no description of pool table room in cabin. The cabin is for 14 people but only 6 dining room chairs and 1(2) high stools for the island (the table is big enough for 10 chairs), making us eat in shifts. would have been nice to have some folding chairs available for mealtime and game time. Also, the bedroom with the two full size beds on the upper level, I feel the the box springs need replaced. The beds are very noisey making it difficult to sleep since the bedroom is shared.
Cabin was clean and easy to access. The last guests had left the garbage can full inside the garage. We hauled to the end of driveway. The main floor shower head was about ready to fall off so I tightened back on.
