The house/cabin was beautiful an our family loved every minute of our stay. We spent our days hiking through the nearby Spearfish Canyon, strolling the historic streets of Deadwood, and making memories together with hours of family games around the table.The location was the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything the Black Hills have to offer. Suzanne made everything so easy from start to finish, and we sincerely appreciate her hospitality and attention to detail.Thank you again for helping create such a memorable family getaway. We definitely hope to return someday!

Great place!

We loved spending time with family of 5 here! Plenty of space and we loved the hot tub after riding the trails during the day! Also the place is well stocked with dishes, spices, pans, etc!

High Quality Clean Comfortable and Close to the Slopes

One of the nicer places we've stayed. Was warm, comfortable, roomy. Everything was in good shape and nice and clean. Would definitely look to stay there again.

Beautiful!

This place had everything you needed and was absolutely gorgeous!! View was spectacular. So much to see around the area and qasn’t too far to Custer State park and all the places that way to see. Would definitely stay here again!

The home is in excellent condition and very clean. The views from the loft and living room are amazing, and we watched deer from the deck early in the morning. I would suggest replacing the mattresses and pillows on the beds.We enjoyed our stay, but we had a difficult experience with the door code, and it took the owner over 30 minutes of offering new codes that did not work to finally help us get back into the house. We should have been given that option in the beginning. It was a very cold night with a bad thunderstorm while we were trying to get back in the house. The experience put a real damper on our stay and opinion of the place.

Sorry about the door code mishap. If renters put in a wrong code after 3 attempts it resets and that is what we assumed happened. Since it continued not to work after the automatic reset we offered access to a lockbox with a key. The lock was replaced after the renters checked out so it is all fixed. Will connect with you to identify beds that were not up to your expectations and work on replacement. Thanks for the feedback. Greatly appreciated.

4 generation weekend.

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed, the kitchen especially well equipped. Hot tub, pool table and football were enjoyed by all. Would definitely recommend this property.

Family Christmas Ski Vacation

Absolutely beautiful location, less than a 1/2 mile from the front doors of Terry Peak Ski Lodge. Breathtaking views for miles, with gorgeous sunsets. Plenty of room to spread out and still enough to gather and enjoy everyone’s company (7 of us).

Great property!

Property was perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the game rooms, hot tub and beautiful view/sunsets. Even had a couple deer pass through the back yard. Plenty of room allowing everyone to have their own space but also room to hang out together.

Gorgeous Views

This place worked great for us & our adult children. Plenty of space, fun to shoot pool and ample room for everyone to relax. The place is clean, homey and has magnificent views. Had a deer with two fawns come through which was a highlight for us!

Had a great time. The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for us. Seeing how the power was out to the cabin right up until our arrival do to prior bad weather. Everything was as described. Great location for our group which was less than 5 minutes to Terry Peak ski resort which we utilized. Also Lead and Deadwood just a few minutes away. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets and deer in the back yard area! The only problem we had was with the hot water heater that had to be reset three times during our stay. Besides that we really enjoyed the home!
