Our original booking got cancelled by the owner just four days before flying out. We were constantly on the phone with VRBO to sort out our holiday and finally we found this ONLY place available. It looked reasonably good on the paper. However in reality it was extremely run down and out dated. The furniture was very poor quality and the sofa material was torn. The kitchen was poorly equipped. We have restricted diet what we can eat, so mainly cooking at home. No wine glasses....!!! That's very strange. We had to ask for a wine opener and kitchen towels. Bathrooms do not have extractor fans and get very streamed up. Water leaks from the frame and tray on to the floor. There is also a lot of mold in the corners. The main bedroom has two single beds joined together. But the gap in the middle makes it very uncomfortable. Space wise, the apartment is specious enough. The beach is good and easy access. No beach umbrella or chairs. Pool side areas don't provide chairs. I wouldn't recommend this place in the condition it is.

Everything was great for a nice relaxing holiday, but there could of been some information left in apartment on what to do around the place or what are the must see around marbella, and information about taxi/buses.

This apartment is in a great location and a safe complex only steps from the beach and 3-4 Chiringuetos. It is clean and has a full kitchen ample space. Tatiana is well organised and no matter what time you are arriving, she will have your keys available for you. There is also out of hours support if you require it.
