It has a private pool, with child protection if desired. Pool, surrounded by deckchairs and a magnificent built-in barbecue! Inside is ideal. Very complete kitchen with nespresso coffee machine and much more, living room with new sofas from 2021 because we always think about your comfort, and from the living room and kitchen, access to a large terrace, with chillout-style furniture, to be able to enjoy the summer afternoons. Rooms for 7 people, with the option of adding 1 supplement at a cost per night. Located in a cul-de-sac, very quiet, just 400 meters from the sandy beach! Elena, it is a magnificent villa, where everyone who goes, wants to return!

Rest, relax, refresh yourself, don't think about anything .... Elena Mar will fill you a lot of sensations.

Lovely Villa

Lovely Villa positioned walking distance from both beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Superb pool area which we very much enjoyed. Ciutadella is well worth a visit being a 5minute taxi ride way costing 8 euros. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back again in the future.

A beautiful villa, very spacious for a group of 4 friends. The villa was well furnished and equipped with a lovely outdoor area and a great sized pool which was kept spotlessly clean. The management company were extremely responsive when we contacted them about a minor issue with hot water and came out immediately to solve the problem.

The villa worked very well for 3 generations and was better equipped than detailed. It would of been good to know all of what was included, such as cool box parasol as we took things with us that were supplied.

Very large villa with a lovely pool.

Lots of amenities, very well equipped. Lovely welcome basket on arrival too. Overall a good location, a lovely small beach a 5 minute walk away, a shop and restaurant even closer.go the other way and there are plenty of restaurants 10 minutes walk away. A play park round the corner too. Unfortunately the house opposite is having building works done so it was very loud all week and the road was dug up so we couldn’t leave the driveway.

We had a wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of friends—spacious, clean, and in great shape. The outdoor area was definitely a highlight, with a large pool, a lovely garden, and a comfy porch for relaxing. The host was very thoughtful and welcoming—they even left us a basket of treats when we arrived, which was such a nice touch. The only downside was that the lights in the garden and pool weren’t working, and unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Still, overall a great experience and we’d definitely come back!

We’ve had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. The house exceeded our expectations. It is spatial, clean and a very, very nice place to stay. We definitely enjoyed the garden and swimming pool. The location of the apartment is good as well. Renting a car is recommended to explore the island an easily go to Ciutadella for some sightseeing and a nice place to eatdrink. Cala en Blanes is quiet and has some interesting restaurants as well (Coral for instance).

We loved our stay at the villa

We enjoyed being able to walk to a local beach, supermarket, play ground and a couple of nice cafes. One particularly nice restaurant near the supermarket too. We travelled with our infant daughter and they provided everything we needed (extra cutlery/plates/bibs etc). BBQ and pool were both lovely. Having a separate bathroom and bedroom downstairs was great for travelling with our parents. The pool was cleaned throughout our stay and our towels and sheets were also changed.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir waren eine Woche mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kind in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich ist nochmal deutlich größer als man auf den Fotos denkt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool. Das Haus selbst ist auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ansonsten haben die Klimaanlagen gut geholfen entspannt zu schlafen. Eine schöne Bucht und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig entfernt. Ein Ausflug zur nächsten Stadt Ciutadella hat sich auch sehr gelohnt. Einziges Manko war, dass man im kleinen Schlafzimmer die Wasserpumpe des Hauses sehr laut gehört hat.
