Adams House at Pilmuir Farm is a delightful annexe cottage attached to the owner's home on a working farm in Coldingham, Scotland. Hosting one king-size bedroom, along with a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with a sofa bed, all resting on the ground floor, this property can sleep from two to four guests. Outside there is off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and seating, with sea views. Adam's House will be a perfect romantic rural break for you and your loved one.
Amenities: Biomass heating. Electric oven and induction hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, use of tumble dryer on request, Bluetooth Speaker, TV with Sky, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available upon request. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio and seating. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 1.5 miles. Note: This property adjoins the owner's home and is set on a working farm. Note: There is a woodburning stove in the sitting room but this is for decorative purposes only, it is not to be used.
