Such a nice condo in downtown of Brevard, I loved it to stay there for a few weeks

I am German guy who needed a condo in Brevard for myself, for my little baby, my wife and part of the time for friends. 100% recommendation for the condo, the equipment, location, parking and last but not least for the owner. I arrived late in the evening for picking up the keys, it was organised by the owner. The condo is so nice prepared for a longer stay, full equipped kitchen, and all other stuff needed for few weeks. I stayed almost 7 weeks and felt home there after very few days. Any issue or question addressed to the owner was replied within minutes or latest few hours. Congrats to the owner for that nice condo, prepared to feel home. Again, 100% recommendation!

Great Stay!

We spent three months in downtown Brevard enjoying this property. What a wonderful location! We could walk to stores and restaurants and were just across the street from Brevard College. The condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The condo is very secure and an added bonus was the parking garage. We were also able to take advantage of the outdoor patio area for sitting and grilling. We could not have been happier with our interaction with the owner, Lea. She was so accommodating to our changing schedule. If you need to stay for a month or longer in Brevard, this is the place.

Beautiful condo and close to everything. Convenient to town and outdoor activities. Nice amenities. Traffic noise is the only drawback but that’s expected.

Comfortable and handsome condo in a good building in the heart of Brevard.

I was in town to attend the 6 week classical music festival at Brevard Music Center, and this condo was the perfect staging area, only a few minutes away by car. The downtown restaurants clustered around Main Street are an easy walk. The condo itself is meticulously maintained and well set up with every convenience. I plan to come back.

Awesome Location and Interior Condo !

We loved this condo in which as it was 1 block from downtown and a very secure building. Well lit parking deck and electronic security cards to not only get in the building and operate the elevator. The Condo was Perfect with 2 BR 2 BA, very clean and updated. Plenty of space and felt like a home away from home. Beautiful View from the large windows of the mountain range. Perfect !!
