The apartment is huge, filled with light, overlooking the historic streets. The apartment has spacious and light bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and balcony, bathroom with bathtub. Our place is ideally located in the very city centre, all the main sights are in walking distance, Old Town square is just around corner, public transport (metro and tram) is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment has two spacious and light bedrooms with kingsize beds, one bedroom has TV and foldable sofa which can be prepared as a bed upon request. There`s fully equipped kitchen with dining area and balcony, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and separate toilet.
The apartment is on the second floor (2 floors above the ground floor) and there is no elevator in the building.

Check-in outside our standard check-in hours is possible only upon request in advance, depending on the availability, and for additional charge.
The sofa is prepared as a bed only upon request. If you`d like to have the sofa prepared as a bed, please let us know in advance.
If you’d like to rent the apartment for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshooting, videoshooting etc.), please contact us in advance. Rental for commercial purposes is possible only on previous notice with special agreement and different policy applies.
The entire listing (including the balcony )is strictly non-smoking, vape devices and e-cigarettes are not allowed.
Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00/10pm until 7:00am.
Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet.

Perfect location has its obvious strengths but one weakness is it can be loud. Stag parties of drunken British “boys” till 4am will wake/keep you up. It’s a lottery if they will be around or not. Other than that it’s a great property and would have received 5 stars if not for this fact.
