This charming cottage rests in Combe Martin, Devon and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Please note: The changeover day is Friday. The Grove is a large house set in the village of Combe Martin, North Devon. Hosting three bedrooms; one king-size with a Juliet balcony and two doubles, sleeping a total of six guests with a family bathroom. Downstairs provides a fitted kitchen, utility, dining room and a snug. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has a rear terraced area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for four cars. Please note: The property provides a cream tea and biscuits. Please note: You must inquire with the owner before bringing pet - as only small dogs are welcome. Note: Please also bring a dog basket with you. The Grove is a wonderful choice for a seaside retreat with your loved ones.

Amenities: Electric underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, ice machine (no freezer), washer/drier, Smart TV with Backlight feature, Netflix and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car (Shared Parking Area with the owner). Rear gravel area with furniture behind parking area. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles and pub 0.2 miles. Note: Spiral staircase in the property. Note property has a £100 good house keeping bond. Please be aware that this is an Adults Only property: it is not suitable for children or babies. Please note: You must inquire with the owner before bringing pet - as only small dogs are welcome.
