Top Floor Slopeside Condo: Stunning Views, Shared Hot Tub, Cozy Fireplace

This condo is located on the top floor of Founder’s Pointe, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex which offers an amenity rich base experience. Enjoy the roof deck featuring a pool sized hot tub, gas grills, and an outdoor fireplace, free Wi-Fi. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

Inside this modern condo is accommodations for four. This unit features a king bed and TV in the primary bedroom and a brand new (May 2021) leather sofa sleeper that comfortable sleeps two on on memory foam mattress, new living room furniture (July 2021)..as well as a new TV in the living room. After a day on the mountain, curl up in front of the gas fire, turn on the cable on the flat screen, and just relax. After making a meal in the full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, breathe in the fresh air and views of the slopes on your private balcony.

For your added convenience, this complex also offers ski lockers, bike storage and a coin laundry room.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

The swimming pool and gym are just 1.6 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 3.1 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

We enjoyed our summer getaway to the Rockies. The ski village is right there, so you can walk to the Gondola. Everything was clean and orderly in the little apartment. The parking was covered and conveniently on the lower level of the building. We could park right where the door takes you to the elevator. The bedding was luxurious, but the bed could use a new mattress. But that could be I'm so spoiled by ours. Thanks for a great stay!

Quick Ski trip

Great stay, a tight fit with 4 people and all the ski stuff (jackets, bibs, helmets) kitchen could use more tableware. Had to run the dishwasher after every meal. The newly renovated hot tub was delightful!

Perfect for our family getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented several units from WPM for a family retreat and we had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and welcoming the space was. It was the perfect size for our summer retreat in the mountains with family, and had everything we needed to feel right at home.The kitchen was well stocked for making breakfast, though we tended to eat out the rest of the time. And we loved having access to the BBQ grills for outdoor dinners (with mountain views)! And that hot tub - Wow! We also really appreciated having washing machines on site; especially after several days of hiking. And the view from the condo balcony was really relaxing after a long day.Location-wise, this condo is great! Right at the base and close to all of the WP mountain activities. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our vacation. And Winter Park Management was so easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Poor quality TV’s and hard to use. Couch uncomfortable and slippery. Chipped dishes. Amenities still closed. Great location and view of village. Thin walls and hear neighbors more than expected.

Winter Park

Can’t beat the location of this condo or views of the mountain. Ski in, ski out is an understatement with the gondola right out the door. Charlotte is a great property manager, super responsive and helpful when needed for info about the area. Highly recommend.

Great Condo in a Great Location

This condo is just steps away from the base of WP, and is super easy and convenient with small kids. The unit is missing a few things in the kitchen (like sheet trays), but overall we had everything we needed. The pool in the courtyard did get loud in the evenings and one night it went super late, but the property managers were very attentive and quick to respond, and helped get security involved so my kids could sleep. We would come again, thanks!

the apartment has a good location, convenient to everything. However, it is listed as one with "great views". this is plain misleading and false. There is really not much of a view. Yes, you can go to the balcony and see the village and a side of the mountain. this is nothing whatsoever in colorado. this property has anything but great views. It is also depressingly dark inside. However, everything else about it works. It is managed very well, and the management is very nice and extremely responsive. But please - please don't list it as a property with a great view.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four of us stayed for beer fest. The area was nice. Condo was clean and nice. Ample parking. The whirlpool had some construction so bit of us a mess plus parents allow their children to use it as a swimming pool. I don't mind the children but must they run and jump in. Anyway. Need some additional pots/pans. Annoyed that you literally cannot get in the condo until 4 pm. No chance for early check in and for that reason alone we wouldn't choose this place again.

Wonderful property/Wonderful property management company

I stayed at this property for a weekend with my husband and two young children, ages seven and four. My 4-year-old does not last a whole day at the mountain, so it was such a nice touch when the property management company reached out to me at 1:45 to let me know that the condo was ready to be checked into. Check-in time was at 4pm, so this was a great bonus. The condo was well appointed for relaxing, cooking and enjoying time with your family or friends. Master bed was extremely comfortable and the pull out bed on the couch was also extremely comfortable. Which at every condo I've stayed at, the pull-out sleeper sofa is hardly ever comfortable. This one was fantastic. View off the balcony was gorgeous. The condo overall was extremely clean and spotless. The linens, comforter and pillows smelled so fresh and clean. They gave us plenty of extra towels, which really came in handy when we used the hot tub. Also plenty of extra toilet paper and paper towels. The parking garage was very nice and spacious, too. Easy to maneuver your vehicle around in. I've stayed at many mountain condos and none of them were as well equipped and appointed as this one. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Beautiful location, plan to return!

The condo was very clean and there is a parking garage attached/included. The resort itself is clean and well managed--the condo overlooks the 3rd floor patio/grill/hot tub (the size of a small pool!) but after 10, all was quiet. It was never loud or rowdy down there, though. We LOVED that once we got there (other than a trip to the grocery store the first night) we didn't have to drive anywhere. Shops, restaurants, Starbucks, gondola rides up the mountain, alpine slide, beautiful trails...steps away, right across the street. The unit has a comfortable sleeper sofa (says our teen) and the bed in the bedroom was comfortable as well. Nice balcony with a beautiful view, kitchen has everything you need, spacious bathroom with a large tub/shower combo. TV with Netflix, etc. with a Guest mode already logged in. The two things that would have made it absolutely perfect: 1. Air conditioning (and this is disclosed in the listing and two box fans are provided--we also slept with the bedroom window cranked open and stayed comfortable, especially by 11 or so at night when temps dipped) Tip: when we were there in early evening hours we propped the balcony door open and used one fan there & the other fan on the windowsill in bedroom. There are also ceiling fans. 2. A not-quite-so-hot hot tub. It was a bit much. Maybe perfect in winter months? Obviously this is not something the condo owner can control, so no fault there! Overall: 10/10 would recommend! We plan to visit again!
