Welcome to Paradise Lei Lani waterfront updated Studio Condo Beach lovers

Lei Lani Studio Condo is a bay front recently updated studio condo with Beach Access, Ole River Access, Pools, Fishing and more. This newly updated unit sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 kiddos) comfortably with a new Queen size fold down murphy bed and a queen sleeper sofa (great for kids).
You will enjoy the gorgeous views from the over-sized balcony. This unit is only a few steps (2 -3 minute button controlled cross walk)to the beach where you can enjoy all the amenities such as two outdoor pools with picnic/ bbq area and full service beach chairs (for a nominal fee). This 2nd floor unit is East of Perdido Pass (Al Point Bridge). This is a low density complex with a quiet river front area. Guests love watching the boats go by and kids love fishing off of the piers. There is no hassle getting keys for the condo, no waiting in a check in line as there is a smart lock waiting on your arrival. We are excited to share our piece of paradise with you. Very comfortable place and great host!

The place was very clean and was a great location. Access to a dock on the bay and Oceanside beach access. Sheila was very nice and stayed in contact with me to make sure we found the place and if everything was ok. She took some pictures for us and made us feel like she had known us forever. Recommend staying here to anybody!!

We had the BEST host EVER!!! Sheila communicated with us from beginning to end. Her hospitality & suggestions eased our experience & helped us to feel right at home. The condo was PERFECT!!! It was clean, updated amenities & in the best location… The beach was on one side & the waterfront on the other side. We had the best of both worlds & restaurants & shopping were just a hop & a skip. Words can not express how much we totally loved our stay at this property & we HIGHLY recommend this property. You will be AMAZED!!!

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I came into town for a wedding and ended up making a weekend out of it. We could not have asked for a better stay. Everything was perfect, thoughtfully stocked and decorated so cute! We thoroughly enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning and loved walking right across the street to the beach-so convenient! We would happily stay here again!

Perfect Stay!

I brought my niece here and we had the best time! Sheila, the owner, is the best communicator and has made this little hidden gem the perfect getaway for 2! There was covered parking, the unit itself was immaculate, the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, updated & decorated perfectly, the patio furniture was very nice, short walk to beach, quiet patio, great swimming pool area, and there were so many essentials already there (GOOD paper towels & toilet paper, salt & pepper, coffee, and so much more). We will return. Thankful to have found this home away from home! Thank you, Sheila!!

2024 stay at Lei Lani was a treat!

This place was just perfect! Sheila made the check in process so easy. The location is excellent with beach, restaurants, and activities close by. We enjoyed the pool, the beach and our morning coffee watching the bay. We only stayed 5 days but it will definitely be longer next time!

It was very clean, had just about everything we needed. The directions was kinda off. On gps, the directions had us going to another condo down the street but the owner answered all my questions and was extremely polite.

Amazing location & comfortable home!

Apr. 5-10, 2023 My husband and I loved our stay here! The location is perfect. Ono River on one side, the Gulf on the other! The pools are great, one with a river view, one with an ocean view. The studio condo was so comfortable and decor was so nice. We felt right at home. The new updates are very nice but our favorite was the comfortable murphy bed! Good sleeping! Dsheila, our host, was a qreat communicator. So accommodating. Thank you, we hope to be back some day! Everything you could need is provided!
