This beautiful A-frame sits on 2 lots, has a quiet secluded setting, and is one block from Lake Charlevoix. It has 2 bedrooms downstairs and one bathroom, with a spiral staircase leading to a loft area with 4 additional twin beds.
Enjoy lounging on the large front deck and grilling on the backyard grill. It has a large front yard for outdoor activities away from the street. This rental is within walking distance of downtown Boyne City with Concerts in the Park, Friday Night's "Stroll the Streets", Weekend Festivals, Farmer's Market and great shopping and restaurants. It is also close to Avalanche Preserve Recreation Area where you can enjoy hiking, biking, and disc golf on the mountain.
There is plenty of space to have a boat and trailer with launching areas close by. Bring all of your water toys and gear to enjoy beautiful Lake Charlevoix and all of the surrounding lakes.
Boyne Mountain is 10 minutes away where you can enjoy golf, skiing and Avalanche Bay Water Park.

Spring break getsway

We couldn’t get anywhere warm for spring break so we decided to go skiing and hit the waterpark. We stayed 2 nights. Very clean, had everything we needed. Great location.

We came to Boyne City to visit family. This was a great location to where they lived. We also wanted to visit Charlevoix, Petoskey and Harbor Springs and once again this location was the perfect place. We would stay here again.

Nice cottage for adults and older children

We stayed 2 nights in this home. Everything was great. My only complaint was we have a 3 &1.5 year old, and they wanted to play on the spiral stair case which is basically open.

Perfect location for Boyne City

Third time staying in this cute A-frame that sleeps 8. The only negative was that the fire did not work and the main living area took time to warm up in the morning. Only one baseboard heater was working. Apart from that this little house is great.
