Villa Mimosa has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning/heating (coin operated), 3 bathrooms (all en-suite) with dressing area, fully fitted modern kitchen (with oven, hob, microwave, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer and drinking water tap!), large lounge and dining area with seating for 6, Villa Mimosa has internet TV which provides all English TV channels including Sky Sports, BT Sports
and many international TV stations. TV has HDMI and USB ports. DVD Player/Hi Fi and portable CD Player.
There is a utility room with a washing machine which leads to an outside patio and new outdoor seating area for 6 . You can also spend time here relaxing in the new 4 person Jacuzzi.

At the front of the property there is an upper patio with built in Barbecue, and alfresco dining table . This leads to a lower patio with solar & Electric heated roman entry swimming pool, a solar heated shower, sun beds for 6 and a further patio table and 6 chairs.

There are shutters and mosquito netting on each door and window (except utility).
