About this property

The Star Gazing Tree House

The Star Gazing Tree House is our newest accommodation at Woodland Escapes. Sleep beneath a canopy of stars and immerse yourself in pure luxury in the heart of the woodland. Set in its own private glade, our new Tree House offers the chance to be close to nature with the convenience of modern facilities and home comforts. Even before you unpack you will be planning a lazy afternoon on the wrap around deck and an even longer evening catching up with good company and a glass of something chilled in the Scandinavian Wood Fired Hot Tub (£75.00 extra charge. 4 person hydro tub with coloured lights). The hot tub will be lit on your day of arrival and includes one basket of logs. Extra logs can be purchased from the main house for £6 per bag. In the cosy living room area, you can sit back and relax on winter evenings next to the log burner on the comfortable L shaped sofa.

Our Tree house sleeps up to 4 adults (not suitable for young children under 10 years old, please do not book without contacting us first if you wish to book with children under10) and comprises of a Master bedroom with king size bed and a loft bedroom where guests can enjoy sleeping beneath the stars - a telescope is also available for use at your leisure. Please note if you require two bedrooms there is an extra charge of £15 per person per night which is payable direct before check in.

Spacious and well appointed, our Tree House has a fully equipped compact kitchen with microwave, toaster, hob and oven, fridge freezer, kettle and coffee machine. A gas BBQ is also available for all year round. Please note NO CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IS PERMITTED FROM THE PROPERTY. Charging point is available down at the main house.

Dogs welcome for £25 each. Max of 2 permitted. Payable direct. Gas for the outside firepit is an additional/optional £25 charge and is required to be preordered. Please note that gas is subject to availability.

Lovely peaceful getaway
Lovely property, beautiful setting. All the little touches have been taken care of. Lots of wildlife. Would happily visit again. Be aware, there are 2 bedrooms but both are open plan so may not be suitable for people who like their privacy in the bedrooms. I travelled with my Mum, so it wasn't an issue for us. Really really lovely stay.

Honeymoon
Beautiful spot, just simply the perfect hideout, to spend some time together away from the world but still be able to go for a walk and have a short drive to shops, and bars.

Relaxing and beautiful
What a beautiful little spot. There were three of us celebrating the year of being 40. The hot tub was ready on arrival and the decor inside was beautiful. We had amazing weather an sun bathed on the lawn which was a total suntrap. We struggled to warm the hot tub a little bit managed another dip before we left. We all felt so relaxed and commented many times how beautiful the views were and how cosy the treehouse was. Thoroughly recommend.
