This fabulous Cape Cod getaway is warm and welcoming with an open floor plan and a spectacular sunroom. The house has two bedrooms on the first floor along with a full bath. The private primary suite is located above the garage with a custom walk-in shower and claw foot tub. The secluded backyard offers a perfect space to relax in the hammock or Adirondack chairs or BBQ on the Weber Grill. Other great amenities include central air, gas fireplace, ping pong table, small work out room with yoga mats, weights and stretch bands. The washer and dryer are in the basement. The driveway parks 4 cars.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a private yard. It is fully equiped with everything from outdoor dinning furniture to beach essentials. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The was completely clean and ready when we arrived. It is a wonderful place to stay with owners who are very helpful and responsive.

My family enjoyed our stay.Only disappointed by the near by pond was closed for swimming or fishing due to bacteria.Also some of the house rules are a bit extreme and somewhat annoying but bar that it was overall nice long weekend get away.. old silver beach recommended ! Excellent property! Very well stocked and accurate listing. Weather was less than optimal so we weren’t able to use the outdoor stuff, but the fireplace in the sunroom warmed us up nicely after sightseeing and exploring around. Owners very prompt with responses and helpful with suggestions. Would definitely rent again!

It was a pleasure staying at this beautiful home in Falmouth. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and I enjoyed relaxing beside the fire at night and reading my book during the day….. very peaceful. The interior of the house was immaculate. Absolutely beautiful Cape house. Was well stocked and had everything we needed. 10 minute drive to beaches, restaurants and grocery store. Loved the ping pong table and darts in the basement. Great Family Vacation Rental

This house has it all. We had an amazing time staying at this rental. We are a family of 4 and our children are teenagers so it was perfect. The house was beautiful exactly like the pictures very clean with the amenities that you would want, down to beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys. We were a group of five golf friends deciding to take a few days for golf and an outing to Martha's Vineyard. The house was impeccably perfiect!! Clean, perfect size and well stocked. The house is just as pictured, clean and well-appointed. The owners were very easy to work. Our family of 2 parents and 4 young adult children really enjoyed the beautiful backyard - the landscaping was beautiful and gave a very private feel. We also used the outdoor shower every day. It was large with excellent hot water. This is probably not the best house for toddlers due to numerous steps and general elegant feel, its perfect for a family with adults and older children. I also want to give a shout out to the giant, perfect wine goblets! We loved them and were drinking everything out of them!

Old friends get away

The house was a perfect set up for 2 or 3, who all want privacy. Will accommodate more. Beautiful back yard with lots of comfortable spaces - inside and out. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable living and bedrooms. Sunroom perfect for coffee, birdwatching. Highlight- Turkey and 18 babies. Location perfect for easy ferry trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Central location, safe neighborhood. Near grocery and great shopping. No complaints. Host were excellent communicators, proactive and responsive. Very helpful. Will come back to this house again.

We didn't want to leave, and we're looking forward to going back!

We had such a wonderful time. A week just wasn't long enough! Suzanne & Barry have such a gorgeous home, that they are kind enough to share w/ others. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The location was great for us. We had so much we wanted to see and do in various parts of the Cape. We have a number of favorite spots that we were looking forward to getting back to this trip. Several are in the Sandwich area, but we, also, wanted to get to explore other areas south and east, and get together w/ friends who live closer to P-town. My husband, also, enjoyed his morning walks in the neighborhood. In addition to favorite food places, we wanted to see a number of beaches that we hadn't seen yet, towns we hadn't explored and lighthouses we hadn't seen previously. The home is so beautiful, relaxing and welcoming. We especially loved the sunroom, plus the master bedroom and bath. Enjoy your stay! We sure did! Thank you, Suzanne & Barry!

My husband and I fell in love with the house as soon as we entered it. The open floor plan and the sunk-in south facing sunroom surrounded by beautiful landscape embodied what we had envisioned to be the perfect Cape house. For the past 15 years we have frequented Falmouth for close proximity to the bridge and ferries to Martha's Vineyard. We knew the house was a perfect vacation home offering a luxurious home in a peaceful wooded area, close to golf, shopping, lake and beach.

Perfect for families, group of friends or couples. The layout offers an expansive open floor plan allowing guests to interact whether you are reading in the sunroom or cooking dinner. Gorgeous yard offers a hammock, and Weber grill for Barbecuing. The house is comfortable and luxurious with a primary suite that offers custom shower and claw foot tub and king size bed.
