The Knavesmire Mews is a modern newly renovated property which is very spacious consisting of three bedrooms all which have king beds. This is three story house located on a quiet street comfortably sleeping upto 6 guests, just 0.6 miles from York racecourse.

Walking distance into York taking you through Bishopthorpe Road .This little street is surrounded with quirky shops, quality restaurants, and busy bars. In recent years it was voted the Best High Street in Britain. While being located just outside the city centre it is only a 20 minute walk in York and all of York’s world famous attractions are within easy walking distance.

The ground floor comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 ring gas hob and electric cooker oven, fridge freezer and a dolce gusto coffee machine There is also a stylish living room with a 50 inch smart TV and separate downstairs toilet. The First floor has a main bathroom and 2 spacious bedrooms both with king size beds and finally the second floor has a large bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Perfect little spot

We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting York. The location was excellent, especially if you're attending the racecourse, and the setting was peaceful and really pleasant. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day out. The property was comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was clean and well looked after, and it felt like a real home from home. It was a little warm upstairs during our stay, but we visited in very hot weather, so it was completely understandable. The fans that had been provided made a big difference and kept us comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Had a lovely time

Lovely place, nice and secluded spot but close enough to get to town easily. Really close to the racecourse so perfect if you have dogs or young kids! Apartment was really clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely come back in the future. Thanks

lovely stay

This was ideal for myself and children, we went for a lovley walk through some woods near the racecourse on boxing day to blow off the cobwebs so to stay :) The house was clean and spacious too
