È la seconda volta che veniamo in questa stupenda casa, la tranquillità e la privacy sono un punto a favore, oltre ovviamente avere la piscina esclusivamente per noi, che viene pulita piu volte nella settimana.La casa è attrezzata di tutti gli utensili per cucinare, c'è una griglia in pietra per fare le grigliate e ci sono le zanzariere in ogni stanza.Ci troviamo sempre molto bene sicuramente torneremo.

P E R F E T T O

Monteverdi is a marvelous little town with beautiful surroundings and everything there when you need to do some grocery shopping or want to go for diner in a restaurant or eat some Italian icecream. It also has a little playground and fitness area. It's a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive by car. Make sure to go for a short visit to the Monteverdi cemetery (downhill, same street as where the house is located) which has some astonishing views over Monteverdi and the larger area with even the sea, which appears not so far away if you could go there in a straight line. You can also go uphill up the street for a quiet walk and some more beautiful views. To get to the sea, it will take you about half an hour. Bigger markets (COOP & CONAD) you can find in Donoratico which is a 20min drive. The house is located in a quiet street. All you can hear is crickets, the swimming pool pump and the occasional wild boar. The house, big garden, swimming pool, location and surroundings, the town Monteverdi, the people... it was a perfect holiday for us! The pool area is very nice and is well maintained. Mosquito nets, fans and wooden shutters are available. Kitchen is well equiped. Spacious rooms. Bathrooms are in perfect condition. There were towels, bed linen and even a washing machine was provided. No complaints what so ever! Also, the way Marco handled our requests and provided us with information was outstanding. We would like to thank him again for this! When reading previous feedback: Nothing was broken, the shower by the swimming pool was working as it should (just a little patience for the tube to fill up with water). Again, no complaints!!! We would, without a doubt, like to come again.

Sehr ruhiger Urlaub mitten in der Toskana

Das Haus liegt weit abgelegen vom Trubel. Ungefähr 30-40 min. vom Strand entfernt. Zum kleinen Örtchen geht man ca.10min.zu Fuß. Dort bekommt man alles nötige. Apotheke, Lebensmittel, Brötchen. Es gibt eine kleine Pizzeria und eine Trattoria. Die Zimmer im Haus sind groß. Es gab Handtücher, Bettwäsche und sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden, so dass man auch mal etwas waschen konnte. Leider waren Leinen des Wäscheständers kaputt, so dass man mit mehreren Personen Probleme hatte die Wäsche zu trocknen. Auch die Kaffeemaschine und die Dusche am Pool waren kaputt und somit nicht zu benutzen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter in der ersten Woche passierte leider nichts. In den ersten zwei Tagen schlich Abends eine Person ums Haus. (Nein es waren keine Tiere) Wir fühlten uns beobachtet und mussten in den warmen Sommernächten. die Holzfensterläden schließen. Auch dies teilten wir dem Vermieter mit. Laut Vermieter wurde die Carabinieri informiert. Wir bemerkten davon nichts. Fotos von einem Stuhl der in Richtung Badezimmer steht, versteckt hinter einem Gebüsch zur Beobachtung, sind vorhanden. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön und wird regelmäßig gepflegt.Allerdings gab es hier Anfangs für mehrere Personen nur einen Sonnenschirm. Wir bekamen einen zweiten Schirm nach Nachfragen, hatten allerdings keinen Schirmständer. Sehr praktische Moskitonetze und Ventilatoren sind im Haus vorhanden. Abends kann man sogar Wildschweine auf dem Grundstück beobachten.

I write in English to make everyone who reads the situation understand. Thank you for your review but I am sorry that it is not very truthful on some very important points, especially for the protection of future guests. I have been honest and helpful, even in the review of you guests, and I would have liked the same thing. As a preamble it should be noted that the report arrived a week after check in. First of all, the equipment of the house on your arrival was intact, the previous guests have not reported anything or broken anything, also confirmed by the subsequent check made at the departure of the previous guests. So neither the clothesline, nor the handrail, nor the coffee machine nor the pool shower were broken, which was confirmed by the cleaning lady and the pool cleaner, with whom you also spoke. So I have witnesses to what I'm saying. Curious thing is that the current guests are using the pool shower and it works perfectly, how come ?? It is also not correct to say that nothing happened after you contacted me, the broken equipment was promptly replaced in record time. For the second extremely important question relating to the people on the property, I immediately called the Carabinieri of the Volterra and Monteverdi stations, inviting you to do the same. The Carabinieri made THREE patrol rounds both at night and during the day, noticing anything. They also drove to the property gate to check. Do you also want to question the words of the police? And the commander of the carabinieri lives in the same street as the house. Of great importance is that in the end I was told that it was all resolved and no one had shown up and that, despite the reminders of the Carabinieri and mine, you never went to report the fact, also violating the safety rules of VRBO, which in the event of a threat, invites you to contact the police. I also point out that the famous chair had been present on the property for some time, not in front of the house. In conclusion, I would have expected a little more honesty and respect also because I got interested and tried to solve any of your reports as soon as possible to make you enjoy your holiday. There was probably an ulterior motive, but it went very badly.

Tutto perfetto, da rifare!

Siamo stati per una settimana ad Agosto in questa fantastica casa immersa nel verde e nella natura insieme ai nostri due cani. Noi eravamo solo in 4 e avevamo un sacco di spazio, 3 camere comode grandi e pulite. I bagni molto puliti e nuovi. La cucina spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. La piscina e la " veranda " sono il tocco che rende il tutto molto speciale. Sicuramente pensiamo di tornarci.

Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto

. frigo spento all’arrivo . mancanza di asciugamani per bidet e tappetini per la doccia . nessun cambio asciugamani e/o lenzuola in 15 giorni di vacanza . l’unica TV presente in casa, prende molto male i canali . Wi-Fi non presente . totale assenza di zanzariere . l’host ha richiesto spese extra per cose compromesse giá al nostro arrivo

Buongiorno, mi dispiace. Peccato che la sua recensione non rispecchia la realtà. Per prima cosa le foto sono state fatte da una agenzia e integrate da foto fatte da un ospite e rispecchiano la casa. Non è accettabile l'accusa che non siano veritiere. Gli asciugamani erano presenti, i tappetini non è possibile metterli per i protocolli anticovid. Preferisco tutelare la sicurezza degli ospiti rispetto ai capricci di qualcuno. Per la biancheria non mi ha mai detto che desiderava un cambio, l'avrei accontentata senza problemi come già fatto con altri ospiti. Il Wi-Fi non è presente, e infatti non è citato nella dotazione. Stessa cosa per le zanzariere, che non sono visibili neanche nelle foto. Il problema della televisione è la prima persona che lo pone in anni di attività, certo che se mi avesse comunicato le cose invece di non rispondere più ai miei messaggi avrei mandato a controllare. Il frigo spento all'arrivo fa solo ridere. I soldi che ho chiesto alla fine del soggiorno sono una parte della cauzione danni considerato che il signore ha rotto un ombrellone, più di un lettino da piscina e lasciato la casa estremamente sporca e con i mobili spostati. Per le cose citate ho sia testimoni che fotografie che confermano quello che ho scritto e sostengo. Lascio le relative considerazioni a chi leggerà la mia risposta. Rimango sempre a disposizione e saluti.

Wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch in der Natur, aber auch sehr nah zum kleinen Örtchen Monteverdi Marittimo. Anfang Juni roch der Garten unglaublich schön nach vielen Blumen. Am Morgen spazieren hier sogar Rehe herum :-) ! Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gut gepflegt, das Personal, das sich um die Anlage kümmert sehr freundlich. In Monteverdi bekommt man in kleinen Geschäften alles Nötige. Es gibt auch sehr gute Läden mit Spezialitäten aus der Toskana. In der "Trattoria del Pettiroso" werden köstliche Spezialitäten aus der Toskana zubereitet. Zum Meer benötigt man ca. 25 Minuten je nach Fahrstil. :-) Man sollte nur vorsichtig fahren, da sich manchmal Tiere auf der Fahrbahn befinden! Abends sind sogar Stachelschweine unterwegs :-)) Die Strände bei Cecina und San Vincenzo sind wunderschön und nicht überlaufen. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

La quiete delle colline toscane

Dopo aver soggiornato 2 settimane in questa volta posso dire con certezza che è stata una delle vacanze più rilassanti che io e la mia famiglia abbiamo fatto! La casa non solo corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione ma nella pratica supera ogni aspettativa: la signora Lucia, che si occupa dell’accoglienza e cura l’abitazione, è molto gentile e la casa era pulitissima e in ordine. La piscina è perfetta: il signor Stefano viene 3 volte alla settimana per la manutenzione ed è sempre molto discreto ma è anche fonte di numerosi consigli sui dintorni! Torneremo senz’altro per un’altra vacanza

Esperienza sicuramente positiva. La proprietà è stupenda. Il grande giardino ed una piscina privata sono stati il massimo per i bambini che si sono divertiti tantissimo. Il proprietario e le persone che gli danno una mano sul posto per la tenuta della proprietà sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente vogliamo tornarci
