The villa has a floor area of 150 square metres, a terrace, and a spacious veranda with a view of the sea. It consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and a study/library; Each bedroom, equipped with high-quality linens, is distinguished by four ceramic starfish placed above each entrance door.<br><br>The villa is entirely surrounded by three green areas that are always accessible and available for use: a garden at the entrance, a vegetable garden on the side, and an olive grove located in front of the large veranda on the south side of the house. Within the garden, there are also designated parking areas.<br><br>Each room can accommodate two people, but an additional bed can be added upon request, for a total of 10–12 beds.<br><br>The villa has three bathrooms, two of which are available to all guests—both equipped with shower stalls—and a third inside the Marina Rossa suite, which also features a shower stall. A cosy and spacious dining room will make your meals a pleasure, along with a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is furnished with late 19th-century pieces that belonged to my family.<br><br>For those interested, you can visit the study-library, which houses approximately 8,000 books from the much-loved private collection of my grandfather Giorgio, a great enthusiast of classical and historical studies.
