Ground floor has 1 cloakroom, lounge/dining room/kitchen. Upstairs has two bedrooms and one bathroom with electric shower. Free parking available close to the house. Patio seating at the front and the back.
Quiet location with short scenic walk alongside a brook passing Betjeman Millennium Park and St Peters & St Pauls church leading to the market square. Buses leave regularly to and from Oxford and neighboring communities. Wantage square has many restaurants and pubs, hosting a twice weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Wantage museum is opposite the main church and in a short drive you can be on the famous the ancient Ridgeway. We have one security camera at the front of the house.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was spotless, the check-in process was super easy. The location is very central so it's easy to walk over to cafes and restaurants in the centre of Wantage. The communication with the property manager was clear and we were completely at ease. Definitely recommend for a stay when visiting Wantage and the area.
The property was comfortable and well equipped. It was very clean and tidy and had it's own "tourist information centre" which had up-to-date leaflets and proved useful.
The properties location, being a short walk into town, suited us well. This path gave access to a couple of nice short walks along the Letcombe Brook which took in parts of the town we might not otherwise have visited.
Beautiful home in great town. Everything is walking distance. You can hear the church bells from town. I appreciated how clean and prepared home was for a stay.
A very well-equipped and comfortable house in a charming village and an excellent base to explore Oxford, the Cotswolds, and Stonehenge. Easy 5 minute walk to the center of town, where there are many restaurants and pubs.
