We're very sorry to hear about the condition of the sleeper sofa mattress. That's certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. We wish we had been able to connect with you during your stay, as we would have been happy to send our housekeeping team over to address the mattress and deliver additional pillowcases so everyone could comfortably use the extra pillows. Mosquitoes can definitely be more active during certain times of the year, especially near the coast, and we appreciate you sharing that tip for future guests.
